Swedish Issaquah Campus

Excellent Hospital. Dr. Gupta with Swedish weight loss services is an excellent surgeon. He is very thorough. He performed a lap band removal for me and I'm very pleased with it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gupta and all the staff at Swedish weight loss.

I really appreciate the physicians, nurses and staff at Swedish Issaquah. You never know when you are going to land in the hospital but the team who took care of me is awesome! You could see how everyone worked together as a team to ensure I was being taken care of and i was well informed of my condition, recommended steps to resolve my situation. Great campus but really the staff is amazing! :)

I get all my care at Swedish Issaquah. I work in health care and know and understand a great thing when I see it. While not every person is perfect, just like where you work, overall the delivery of care is second to none.

They let a group of 5 of us come in to spend some precious time with our uncle who is on comfort care. While we were there, the staffs were very accommodating, provided support and guidance as if we were their family. The campus is modern, equipped, beautiful, serene and surrounded by changing color leaves and winding walking trails. Autumn is the season of letting go, and while it's hard to do so, the medical team here has done so much to help alleviate our stress and pain.

Amazing staff. Very comforting in scary situations. The staff went the extra mile for me. The room service,nurses,drs. All very friendly. Thoroughly made sure all my needs were met.
I was not discharged until all test were ran and I had a safe return home plan. I actualy have faith in the healthcare system again.

Thankful for my surgeon Aileen M. Huang, MD and the nurses (Jackie’s name is the one I recall sadly.) at Swedish Issaquah. A solid team and genuine care is hard to find these days. Thank you so much.

Great place and most important great people 😊. I wanted to take a few seconds to thank all the wonderful people that I met a few days ago at the Issaquah location of the Swedish hospital where my son had surgery. Everyone I met there from the very friendly ladies at the check in desk to the surgeon-Dr Young, the anesthesiologist-Dr Lu , to all the nurses (Rita, Hazel, Meredith and all the other wonderful people that I don’t know their name) - everyone was very professional, compassionate and caring . They all made our day better and will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for all you do! Ionel & Theo 😊

Clean - well organized campus with beautiful architecture and art. Friendly employees throughout (giftstore, Starbucks). I'm from the South where everyone waves, says hello in passing or smiles in greeting to complete strangers. Issaquahs campus epitomizes same with warmth and security. The Heart and Vascular team are friendly and efficient - only drawback is delayed testing for pertinent issues.

I’ve gotten my blood drawn here twice and they’ve done it so quickly. The wait is usually a little bit but once you’re in the chair they do it so fast. Thanks for not poking me a ton and being so efficient!!!

Amazing. The emergency room staff is incredible. Dr. John by far is the most amazing physician in the entire Swedish Network. It was a blessing having him today and thank you for your selfless hard work. Your a blessing, Stephanie VC

My husband, granddaughter and I were on a short visit to Seattle from Texas. I had a gall bladder attack and had to find an ER. The Uber driver recommended this hospital and we couldn’t be more thankful. From the ER to surgery and aftercare, this hospital was stellar. The Dr’s answered all my questions. The nurses are top notch and the surgery staff made me feel right at home. (Well, as much as they could considering we are so far away from home)

I wish the hospital I use in Texas would take some pointers from this establishment. (I’m a Registered nurse and my husband is a physician....) They didn’t know that at the time we got here.....but it wouldn’t have mattered......they really took care of us.

For workers and patients alike, this is one of the best hospitals I have seen. Every single person there is kind, gentle, smiling, and willing to help. I love coming here and seeing the shops on the first floor, and all the people who come here knowing it is a nice place to relax besides being a hospital.

The piano in the back of the front entrance is huge and there is always someone playing something beautiful there. I love the huge fireplace with the seats right next to it which make it so comfortable and relaxing. I have never heard one complaint from anyone of this place, and I completely agree Swedish Issaquah is amazing.

Wow my 13 month old had ear tube surgery there they were beyond good I don’t know how to thank them they are amazing staff

Swedish Issaquah ER and Surgery Doctors and Nurses were amazing! Had a major surgery yesterday at Issaquah Highlands Swedish Hospital; I was extremely nervous but everyone took the time to explain what was going to happen and took proactive steps to make me feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Nurses Heidi, Luke, Jess and Derek (I think that was his name, he was my nurse right after my surgery and my mind was still a bit fuzzy) were extremely patient and kind and my Anesthesiologist, Dr. Kunal and My surgeon, Dr Shah were incredible.

Swedish is a great place to find a good DR.They have a restaurant were you can eat and other shops to buy things.

I have been going to Swedish Issaquah for nephrology & primary care since it opened. First class.
Today, was my first ER experience. I had various tests & a CT scan done. Dr. Randall & attending nurses were all great. Very professional & helpful.
Good people doing a hard job.
My problem was studied & well diagnosed

I went to the ER twice in one day, and was eventually admitted ţo be hospitalized. The wait times in the ER were long, but I appreciated that they made sure I was comfortable as best as possible while waiting in between tests. Dr. Guynes took time to listen to me, and went above and beyond regarding referrals and expressing genuine care, and gave clear guidance if I needed to return to the ER. I was hospitalized 12/22-12/25 and all the staff were amazing, kind, and gentle. I was very much out of it and wish I could remember everyone's names. The nurses, nac's, and staff who drew blood were especially fantastic; David, Elton, Rosa, and Dr. Stephen Daniel are some of the names I recall; I had so much anxiety being there, and the staff really helped put me at ease. I couldn't have imagined better care. There were some inconsistencies in information I was getting for my care, but for people who work in a place where it is understaffed, overworked, and expected to follow strict procedures, great staff deserve better recognition, compassion, and empathy for what they do. It was my first time being hospitalized, and I feel at ease knowing I can return to this Swedish if more health issues come up again.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Swedish. First, the campus is stunning! Love that there is a Starbucks on site as well. The staff from nurses, doctors, medical assistants and beyond is top notch. We have used all the services Swedish has to offer from ER, primary care, labor and delivery and beyond. Thankful to have this health system in our community!

By far the best hospital i’ve ever been to. The nurses and doctors are top notch. Would recommend highly. I’ve had a couple surgeries here and they treated me with kindness and compassion.

Great hospital, good amount of free parking. Hospital staff are competent and friendly. Very relaxing environment. Not pushy or overly rule laden.
