Jack in the Box

I was reluctant to try jack in the box but finally didn’t month. The restaurant may not look nice from the outside but the food is always hot and the cashier is always friendly. The same lady has given me my food the last few times and she is very nice and friendly. Mini tacos are great!!

The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The only problem was, it was really cold in the restaurant. I had to get my coat out of my car.

Clean facility, welcoming staff, and food was served at a decent time during lunch.

Picking up for Doordash. The manager/shift leader is on point with getting those orders out....hot and fresh. They prepared upon arrival so the customers food isn't just sitting. Handed me the order with a thank you and a smile. I like coming to this Jack in a Box. 01/01/23

Went through drive through. Staff are always professional, fast and friendly. The food, always so good. Great snacks and delicious burgers.

The lady in the window was amazing and super patient with my children. You are doing great work up there. Keep it up. I wish I would have caught her name. I will update when I figure it out. Lol

They had just finished mopping. Whole restaurant clean and fresh. Tacos hot and crispy. Good place for a quick bite.

One of the better Jack in the Box stores in the area. The food is always fresh and hot. The employees are generally very nice and pleasant. But access to the restaurant can be a test of patience because it's got short entry/exit driveways on the small corner lot.

Starett was the star for sure today. Even though I wanted Secret Sauce, and didn't quite get it, this employee went above and beyond to locate our request. I'm just not used to fast food folks caring anymore, and I realize she actually wanted her customers to be happy and showed a genuine commitment to service. Thank you Starett, for taking the time for us and that secret sauce, you made the situation so much better, and I appreciated it so much!

This store is always good. The food is always hot. The prices going up are a lil too much but they always have hot food.. hot fries. Thank you

Hey, I don’t care what the food may or may not be, but I’ll go there just to have my order taken by Staretta. She is so pleasant, upbeat, and literally a joy to talk to. I really hope whomever manages this location appreciates what an asset she is to the company. Keep spreading joy Staretta! You rock.

Freshly cooked food in a timely manner.

This poor woman is running an entire restaurant with just her and the cook tonight. I waited for half an hour for my food but it came out hot and fresh, plus Carol upsized my drink and fries for free and gave me a dessert to apologize for the wait. The world is not a kind place right now but she has made it better just by appreciating the customer and trying to make things right. Thanks Carol!

No problems with the food. Lady at the window was super friendly. Food was quick. Honestly gonna come here now instead of the other GTown location it was soooo much better

Excellent experience during dinner rush carol with the red hair is so professional its crazy. with the amount of stress and hangry people in fast food attitude is important and carol knows how to handle it. I was starving but once i heard how carol treated me and my order and knew her menu like the back of her hand i was just in shock of her talent.
i work for 911 and we had a humongous order there was at least 14 cars behind me and im here hoping no one curse out carol because she needs to know she is an amazing employee
we need more carols and i will be coming back for more food!!!

Tiffany the cashier at the front counter was very friendly! She asks all the right questions when i ordered something customized. She is in the right business, customer service is exactly where she needs to be! Ill come back just to get service from her or people like her!

This Jack in the Box is a bit quicker than your average Jack in the Box. I have not had a wrong order yet, my food is always, hot, fresh and delicious. There is always something new to try, and my go to favorites are always there. Breakfast all day is no joke also, love it.

Only grabbed curly fries and jalapeños. They don't have any other vegan options which is unfortunate. Would love to take my kids to a place I grew up eating.

Oof, they got my order wrong tbh and I had to go back. But it was like 1:30am, it's not like I had anything else going on so I didn't mind going back and changing it. Since they can't take the orders back with Covid-19 n everything, I got to keep the food which was like 2 bags so honestly glad I came back cause the boy eaten good tonight

Love their Tacos. Have for decades. Have to have my fix from time to time. I used thr drive thru service. The lady at the window was very friendly and made sure to ask if i wanted any sauce for my tacos. A good expierence.
