Nyle Maxwell CDJR of Taylor Service & Parts

I recently had my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon repaired this past week. I want to give a big Thank You to Michael for getting my Jeep in quickly for the repairs that were needed! I thought I was going to have to wait for a few days but Michael called me later that same day and said they would be able to get my Jeep in first thing in the morning. AWESOME!! I want to thank Michael the Technicians and Rhonda (wonderful Lady) there at Nyle Maxwell Taylor for getting me back on the road quickly! It was a great experience dealing with Nyle Maxwell Taylor.

Nyle Maxwell really takes care of my vehicle. The Service Rep, Cris Martinez, makes me feel that they can handle any problems that come up. He listens to my vehicle issues carefully and always delivers a well-running vehicle. I get stellar service from him and trust the dealership to handle any issues my vehicle has.

Took my truck in due to bad tires, Cris was very helpful and was able to squeeze my truck into their schedule even though I didn’t have an appointment. Fixed my truck same day too! Was very insightful and knowledgeable. 10/10

I just got my Ram 1500 back from service and what a difference. A couple months ago the service department was not up to where it used to be. My latest experience with the service manager was outstanding. Great work from the technicians to the service writer to the manager. A complete turnaround. Thanks so much.

Just moved to TX and used this dealer for an oil change and tire rotate. Scheduling service was easy, our Service Advisor Cris M. was great, the overall process was seamless. We will definately use this dealer for our future needs.

I’m posting this review strictly for customer service, I’m not particularly picky if the facility was standing out in any way. But Chris H was my service advisor when I went in & he was very thorough on explaining what was needed for my Jeep & why (appreciated as a female lol) he was also very kind which is refreshing in an environment like this & when you can tell that they are busy. My checkout/payment was super easy too & the ladies at the desk were kind & to the point.

Update...I went yesterday for an oil change that included changing filters. 1 of the gentlemen there asked if I had any air freshener or perfume that I wanted on the cabin air filter before they put it in. So he sprayed my perfume on there and now my car smells like me lol I love it! Sometimes its the little things that count the most! Plus everyone there is always kind and helpful and in a great mood. The service was fast and great!

Within seconds of pulling up to the service department I was greeted. He knew exactly who I was and why I was there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake is that it only there for exactly how long he said I would be. I work a lot so my time is extremely valuable. They also where able to get me in within 24 hrs!

Had a positive experience with their service department. Michael was my advisor. Service department alone will send me to purchase my next jeep there. I bought mine at mac haik and service was always a nightmare.

Cris Martinez has restored my relationship with this dealership. I walked in at 6:30 am this morning after having to tow my car there because it was over heating on the side of the road at 4:30 am. He was calm and patient he completely understood as I held back my tears while thinking I had just made the worst mistake a day before allowing another shop change my coolant. My car is new so I was frustrated and mad at my self. Cris was able to ease my mind while reassuring me with no judgment or ridicule. He really made this process easy and peaceful for me. I vowed to stop coming here because of a rude a indignant supervisor who I heard degrading an employee then tried to give my son life advice. Thank you Cris. I hope they treat you well so I’m comfortable coming there again and bring my car where it can receive the service it requires.

Chris was very helpful getting my vehicle service and explain in detail of my repair and my future maintenance plan.

I took my care to the dealership for a check up, despite being a weekend, Cris was able to troubleshoot my care,added some needed fluid and also checked my tire pressure at no cost to me. This dealership is on point!

Todays service caught me off guard. I went for an oil change and was told I had a major oil leak that needed repair done. I knew I has some kind of leak, but was not expecting a oil leak. Thanks to Chris and the team at Nyle Maxwell my issue was fixed and before I knew it I was on my way. Thank you Nyle Maxwell for your excellent service when working on my car.

There's something about a smaller town that makes a person feel more comfortable, safer, like they're not about to be lied to and swindled. That was certainly my experience at Nyle Maxwell of Taylor this week. Having been quoted an astronomical price for some work I really didn't need on my Ram 1500, I decided to go ahead and take the 30 minute drive and go out to now Maxwell in Taylor. My go-to guy in the service department out there is Chris and I can say that it was so refreshing to deal with him and the rest of the team there. They did what they said they were going to do, it was done when they said it was going to be done, and they charged me what they said they were going to charge me up front.
My business either thrives or just survives on the referrals of people I serve, it's my goal to provide service similar to the level I received at Nyle Maxwell in Taylor.

Would like to say that Cris was so very nice and went through everything with me about my oil change thank you again he has great customer service.

Service Advisor Michael McKinzie was very helpful and gave regular updates on the progress of the work being performed on my vehicle.
