We had a fragrance exchange and Roman was an absolute dream to work with. It’s been a while since I personally have bought perfume and wasn’t sure what scent I would really like. He showed me multiple brands and didn’t get frustrated when I told him that I didn’t like some of them. I ended up with a Prada scent that I love all thanks to his help. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Roman for being patient with me and helping me find a perfume that I love!

Went to get some cologne and perfume for my kids. Manny was excellent. My card didn't work because I hadn't used it in a year fraud department declined the transaction. Which was about $2,000. So it took a while for the fraud department to resolve the issue, but Manny waited and was very kind.

My son loved his Jordan school uniform shirts! Quality is great! Love that I can do curbside as well.

Store was clean and organized. There was a man at the front working on doors but he was very polite and courteous when my family walked rt through his workspace not noticing what was going on. Situation could have been a lot worse but he handled professionally

The ladies who sale and fix watches are always multitasking and very helpful with good attitudes. One of them definitely helped me out with a quick watch fix on Christmas this year despite being super busy. Thank you! It doesn’t go unnoticed!

Keep going back for end of season bargains, great selection. Nice to have a higher end offering. It's 80 degrees in March and academy still wants full price on long sleeve store brands! Dillards gets it.

Alisha Valenzuela and Natalie Chacon are hands down my favorite people! There extremely helpful and patient. If you need any cologne or perfume, I recommend those two ladies for support!

That Alexis girls in the make up department is really spectacular! She helped so much with picking out my cologne and she was very friendly and even gave me really good tips! I recommend coming here when she is available

Dillards is a really great store to visit and shop at. Alot of the merchandise is expensive but if you really shop and take your time you can find some really great deals. You can't go wrong with the 50% off racks at Dillards. Very nice customer service as well in all the departments.

Have allergies to perfumes and was introduced to some that are for people like me and they smelt really nice not like alcohol. Bought a set and was given a gift bag with may more perfumes that are made for people like me. I can finally wear perfume again instead of just body spray. So excited.

Visited the James Avery section for charms for my daughter's bracelet. The attendant was very helpful and the charms I wanted were in stock. Very satisfied.

Anahi Contreras assisted me greatly I. The fragrance department back in September. I had planned to leave a review sooner however life happens. She was extremely patients and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift. I must say the Armani Code Absolu was a great success! Thank you Anahi!

Coletin by far gave me the best customer experience I have experienced in years. Not only did he offer me different options to fulfill my needs, but answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure I was leaving with exactly what I wanted. After choosing the perfect perfume he proceeded to show me a new fragrance that he thought I would be interested in based on my previous wants. I ended up purchasing the fragrance I wanted and the fragrance he recommended. After finishing the transaction it gets even better! Coletin then went out of his way and got both fragrances wrapped for me so I did not have to worry about it later! I think Odessa Dillards has a bright future with Coletin being a part of the team.

Love this place good place to but buy work clothes and Jean's to work in an office!!
