Horrible experience!! I was there tonight with my granddaughter looking for shoes for her bday. Four employees were behind the counter laughing and drinking smoothies and not ONE would help us with finding shoe sizes for my granddaughter.. They never looked in the back.. They would just say no I don’t think we have that size.
My 7 yr old granddaughter was upset and didn’t understand why they wouldn’t even look for the size she needed. I intend to go back to that store tomorrow and try to talk to a manager! Don’t waste your time shopping in that store!!

Awful !!! Journeys kids store - Terrible customer service here !! Young girls just working here ignoring customers when we got to front of the line - not helpful or even offered help -
