My boyfriend and I went into this location yesterday looking for a specific shoe and size. Although the store didn’t have the shoes/size available, Janelle helped us and gave us a few options so that we’d have them asap. She was so kind and helpful, I just wanted to write and let people know how much I appreciated her kindness. Since I’ve moved here from California, people haven’t been very friendly unfortunately, but Janelle was the sweetest and really took the time to help, smiled, was quick to search for options, etc. Thank you for being so awesome Janelle! They have a big selection of shoes. My first time to shop here. I had an attendant put my sandal on and helped me with selecting my shoes. Very accommodating and nice. They did not have my shoe size and were able to order my size and have it shipped to my home with free shipping. I got my sandals in 3 days. Pretty quick. The whole process was easy for me. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had gone here in the first place rather than shopping all over to find comfortable and fashionable sandals. I will be a returning customer!

Ordered a pair of shoes online, was sent the wrong size and color. Stopped by here to exchange them and the process was fast, easy and helpful. Employees here were very helpful. They didn't leave me on my own to find the shoes to try them on, but led me straight to them and found exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in minutes.Famous footwear these employees were kind, helpful and friendly. You got it right, when you hired them.

I am very pleased with their customer service. I wanted an specific pair of shoes. I call them and a cashier answered pretty soon. She took the time to go look for it and found them. 15 minutes later I went to pick them up, and she had them ready for me. She was very nice, and well mannered. If 10 stars were part of this, the store and employee would get them. THANKS A LOT. That is the kind of service that makes you return to shop.

I was impressed with the shoes available at the Famous Footwear store in the Round Rock outlet mall. I was also impressed with the knowledgeable staff. I recommend this store.
