Love using National! I use them to service all my commercial air conditioners on my commercial building. I have even used them to do plumbing and its always same day service and affordable. Brandon has been here several times and is very friendly and informative. I wish there was a option for more then 5 stars. They deserve more.

Secretary was very friendly and very prompt in getting techs out. Techs arrived in a very timely manner on the same day I called. They were very friendly and solved my gas line problem very quickly. I definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future if ever needed.

Our air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree plus day and of course it was after hours. We called National Heating and Plumbing and they sent out a technician within an hour. Brandon came out and got our AC working as best he could for the evening and then returned the next day to completely fix out system. We will use National for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs from this point forward! Brandon was a great technician and very professional!

National did a great job with a plumbing issue I had. Arrived on time, quickly repaired the problem, said thanks for your business and headed out to the next stop. The repairman, Luke, was well dressed, groomed and extremely courteous. I’ve been using National for at least 25-years and never had anything but great service!

I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out right away, which is already a rarity in Midland. Then, after Jonathan came out to replace our RO filters last week, we noticed our pressure was still low in the dispenser. He came back to try to fix it not once but TWICE and made sure we were happy before he left! Super responsive to messages, great customer service, I HIGHLY recommend National Heating and Plumbing.

National is 2 for 2 with us! In the same week we had water all over our kitchen floor and then our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days later. In both instances they were extremely quick to get there, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed. Thanks Logan and Mike! We won't be calling anyone else from here on out!

They’ve helped us out on more than one occasion. Great service, always prompt and always get the job done in one quick visit. My a/c went out one night and I called them the next morning. They were able to come the same day and fix it and I’m sure you can understand how appreciative we were in this Texas heat!

It was a pleasure working with this company, from dispatch to plumber. Robert worked quickly and professionally to repair a leak. I really like that I was offered several repair options from the cheapest "band-aid" to full replacement and a few options in between. Very professional and they do good work.

They were very prompt and professional in coming to our home and replacing our Water Heater, which was going out. We had other issues with a leak in our kitchen which was repaired very promptly. I would definitely recommend National Heating and Plumbing. Very Professional and Kind!

I called on a Friday for an emergency leak around 12 in the afternoon. I had called every plumbing company in Odessa and was told I would have to wait till Monday which was very inconvenient because I have 4 kids. Not only did national show up within the hour but they detected the leak and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. My wife and I very much appreciated their prompt response and excellent service we recommend them to anybody in need of their services. Very professional and polite technicians

National came into Mama’s Kitchen and worked on our air conditioner a few weeks ago. The technician that helped us was Brandon Lovett. He was very professional and efficient with his work. We’ll definitely be using him in the future.

Had three air scrubbers installed for my AC units by Brandon Lovett. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable in answering all my questions regarding this service and before leaving made sure I was a satisfied customer. Will definitely be using this company again for future routine AC Maintance due to Mr. Brandon’s outstanding service and professionalism, can already smell a difference in my home from the air scrubbers. Brandon has come to my home 4 times now to service my HVAC system. I am so impressed with his desire to ensure my system is operating at 100% efficiency. He works hard to make sure he addresses every issue before leaving.

The A/C repair tech called and said he would arrive in 15 minutes. He got here in 15 minutes, analyzed the A/C problems (capacitor failure). Replaced the failed capacitor, checked coolant level, and had the unit blowing cold air in 20 minutes. The repairman, Alfredo was kind, courteous, and polite. I would highly recommend National for A/C problems.

Staff were very honest, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! Had to order a new blower motor, put in a loaner until mine came in. Great service, very prompt. Pays to go with an established reputable organization.

Tankless water heater was not working correctly. Very little hot water.
The plumber said the controls were not set correctly. It was installed by national plumbing over 10 years ago. I do not know how the settings were not correct.
It has been working great all this time.
It is working now after the service call. This is the first service call on this tankless water heater.

Robert was very friendly and efficient. Told me about the problem with the commodes and fixed them immediately. Robert did great work. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Fabian was such a great help.
He explained clearly the problem with furnaces and what I would need to get this fixed. Fabian is very professional and I will certainly use the company again and recommend them to friends
