Yvonne in the drive-through was so friendly and helpful! She even brought to my attention that I had made a $100.00 math error in my deposit amount and kindly corrected it for me. Great service!

I’ve had this bank for over 2 years and have never had any issues or problems

On 12/17/22 I used the ATM at this bank and it denied the transaction with UNABLE TO DISPENSE AT THIS TIME. I drove off and 5 minutes later I got a notification on my bank app that 500.00 was withdrew from my account. This location has done nothing about taking this money from me or trying to replace these funds. They believe that I should contact my bank in east texas and dispute. I was told by an employee that this apparently happened to many people the same day and they were getting numerous phone calls about this faulty ATM machine, but they still refuse to do anything about it. I will be filing a police report on the stolen funds from my account. DO NOT USE THIS BANK OR ATM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY! They will absolutely do nothing to help in anyway!

Went in at 120pm to open another account and the banker who does accounts was already at lunch. Was told to come back after 230pm with no info that they close at 3pm. So we waited til 330pm-after lunch for some can be busy for some trying to catch up on that hour and half lunch. Got there and they were closed. This branch is a joke. Do yourself a favor and try one of the numerous other locations. Or like us, take your business to PNC Bank

Was on hold for 15 minutes before finally calling another branch to answer a simple question.

I've been banking with this branch for 17 years with no overdrafts or problems. I went to deposit a large Check the other day and was treated like I was trying to pull something. They took a long time discussing something and finall agreed to deposit it with stipulations. Didn't like the way I was treated.

Husband called to fix something on our account and was told by the personal banker that if it where for her she wouldn't be helping him and she started raising her voice. I completely understand that sometimes things get frustrating but no matter what the situation is, raising your voice never solves a situation.

My husband and i work in odessa are staying in odessa as truck drivers but are actual home is in Oklahoma....prosperity bank is in Oklahoma and Tx and our company in odessa banks with them so we tried to open an account....lady was no help. Basically told us to go to Oklahoma to open the account....wants proof of residence which we have but from our oklahoma address.... Apparently you have to have an odessa address which makes no sense seens how like i said prosperity bank is in Oklahoma....Haver never had any problems with US Bank or bank of America.....thanks for your help prosperity...
