First and foremost I like to thank Skylar and Monique for being such a big help with me and my husband moving in. We are first time renters and they couldn’t have not done it any better! They have helped us throughout our whole moving experience. thank you Skylar for giving us a hand with our couch when we did not have any help . the staff are very Helpful and nice!

If I can give 10 stars - I would! I received a Nintendo Switch for Christmas gift from the management!!!! I have never received any gift from other apartment office before! The management office does care for tenant life. My toilet was fixed the next day after I submitted the ticket online. It is very smooth and convenient. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to Monique for always delivering professional and reliable service! I’ve been a tenant for two years and it’s been great, any issues were immediately resolved and they work hard to keep the property clean. Thank you again!

Skyler has been an incredible apartment manager and has made living at Acacia a great experience for my wife and I. The neighbors have always been kind the apartments are spacious and in a great area for the University and surrounding jobs. The really bright point, however, has always been the management since they are always incredibly kind, considerate, and understanding. I would seriously recommend this apartment complex to any new renters and younger couples because of how great they have been to us.

Been here since the beginning of 2022 and it's definitely one of the best complexes around! They do events constantly for their residents while Monique and Skylar are very understanding and work with you if you fall on hard times!!! And definitely let's not forget how amazing and fast the maintenance man is when you put in a maintenance request!

As a first time renter we got well taken care of by Monique and Skyler. They made the process fast and easy and took well care of me and my wife throughout the whole process. Went above and beyond to ensure we got the apartment!

A year and half and this has been the best place I could’ve picked in all of Odessa. The staff is amazing and transitioning to a bigger unit has been a breeze. Skyler and his team accommodated me with my move above and beyond. I love the staff and I love that they know my dogs name and she always gets so excited to see them! I recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance requests are always filled quickly. The whole place is quiet and I love that!!!

I cannot say enough how much I enjoy living at this complex. The office staff has been amazing and accommodating, so much so my 6 year old son loves going in and saying hello. I love that they throw events for residents such as the hot dog and nacho bar they did Friday the 23rd. It’s a great deal and very convenient for a tired mom at the end of the week.

Skylar thank you for being so friendly and making this process as easy and quick as possible. Skylar and Monique make you feel welcome and not just another person renting from them. I appreciate y'all very much.

Monique has been so extremely helpful in our application process. She is so nice and full of hospitality!! She has made this the best experience!! I'm glad we chose these apartments and had her help!

Acacia Park has yet helped me out again. I was running short on time and needed my towels dried so I called the office and asked for the huge favor. Monique in the office helped out big time and got this personally taken care of for me. They have truly helped out so much and I just love how helpful and how polite they are

The apartment managers take care of the apartment management and resident concerns, allowing for a comfortable living environment. Despite coming from another area, I feel safe and at ease as if it were my own neighborhood.

I lived here over 10 years and have always felt at home!
About a year ago Skyler came here and things have been great he is always a smiling face when I go into the office, him and Monique always make my day. They truly care about the residents and that’s what makes me love living here.

The service is beyond 5 stars , speaking to Skyler & Monique both on the phone asking a million questions they both went above and beyond to answer them all even though my sister needed washer and dryer in the apartment and they couldn’t help. That didn’t stop them from helping me with other options within her budget. Thank you for all the help !

Monique and Skyler are both very attentive to all my needs. They made this process so easy we enjoyed living here. Anytime we need something Skyler does not hesitate to help out.

Of all the apartment complexes I have moved to, Acacia Park is by far the best. The community is peaceful, neighbors are overall humble, and I appreciate everything that management has done. Both Monique and Skylar really do care about the well being of the tenants. Regardless of whatever the issue is, big or small, they waste no time responding to the problem to get it fixed. And they treat you as if they’ve known you for a long time. This shows just how much they care for our comfort and safety here. I just finished one year living here, and I’m gladly renewing my contract for another one. Thank you for all that you do Acacia Park!

I just want to say that I had a great experience with Monique and skyler with all my leasing needs!! I have to say that the apartment was to our expectations!! very updated clean carpets. Over all a very quite well kept apartment complex we loved it so much that we recommend our daughter to move here as well!! And I looked a very many apartment b4 we decided on these n glad I waited!!
