As a property management company I do not recommend them at all… my home was destroyed and I had to put thousands of dollars into it to sell it. They did not check on the property like they said they would. The renters drilled into the outside of our home and nothing was done about it. I wouldn’t give them 1 star but to leave a review you have too.

As a property manager Holly and her office team are not good at what they do. I have had my water turned off twice now because her office staff can not pay the bill on time. Also have requested several times to have repairs done to certain items inside and outside the rental property and a year later am still waiting for her to send someone. Would not recommend renting any of her listed properties!!!!
