It's always very clean. The employees are very kind and quick moving. They help you choose when you don't know what you want. I always get the same thing. The red velvet mocha it's so good but yesterday(between 2and 3) it was something special about it. Extra love put into it. Just want to say thank you! 💜

Lovvveee their coffees! Their "Thirsty Turtle" frozen drink is my favorite, it's white mocha with caramel drizzle! Affordable and worth every penny!

Their ice machine is fixed! Now every time I come in I’m able to enjoy the most delicious coffee in Odessa!!! Thank you!!! Definitely recommend!

The coffee is very good. Probably one of the best. ONLY reason I give it 1 star is because they NEVER have ice. If you want an ice coffee, you have to go purchase your own ice some place else and bring it in.They don’t even offer you a discount or an apology for the inconvenience. I asked the baristas for a manager and they said they weren’t in. I asked for an email or phone number to contact the owner or management to let them know to fix their ice machine and they couldn’t provide me with one. I wonder if this public review will reach them since they don’t have a private way for the customers to contact them. I’ll change my review to 5 stars once they fix their ice machine

My favorite coffee! The workers are always super nice. You can create so many combinations for your drink which is so fun, the menu is so open with a large selection. The prices are reasonable. The make the drinks pretty quickly. My favorite so far is the mint mocha it’s on the sweet side but it’s so good. I wish they made more Thirsty Turtles outside of the mall hecause i can’t always go on that side of town.

We stop here every time we go to the mall! Everything is always made to perfection. They have sugar free options which I love! They accommodate almost any need you have. Very patient and friendly people working here!

I love my frozen chai with honey and cinnamon, I drive from Midland to Odessa just for this . But every time I come it's a different they make it, the last time I went , I got no honey and no whip, so I ask the girl , can I get some honey and cinnamon ph and whip, she told her partner this drink comes with whip, she answered she didn't ask for it , she wants honey too ? Too picky, I overheard it and I said. Well this was the way I got it the very first time I came here, so I thought this is how I should get it, but it's ok no worries, she rolled her eyes as she turned around I was oh my. But this girl I believe her name is Alicia she was super nice , and polite . THUMBS UP FOR HER.

This place is my overall favorite coffee joint. I thought it would be a weird combination but I’m obsessed with the tropical freeze. Prices are reasonable too

Thirsty turtle mocha was recommended to me and let me tell you it is sweet bliss. Great place great atmosphere. You will not be disappointed. If i could give more stars I would definitely do it.

I like this place very comfortable sitting areas, nice staff, didn’t have to wait when no ones around and if there was I would wait with lots of patience mainly because it’s comfy! Also don’t have to be frustrated with size just have to say I would like a large please!

Great cold drinks. Love thier blended smoothies and mochas. Far better than Starbucks in my opinion. Definitely recommend
