Sebastian the manager has impeccable customer service. He runs an awesome shop where the morale is high and the workers are enjoying their jobs but still being very efficient. Great to see awesome work ethic awesome location. This will be the one I use from here on out. Thanks.

Took 30 min total due to complications with vehicle next to me but other than that they were very helpful

Eric was able to get me in and out of the bay for an oil change within 20 minutes time. I’m going out of town today and had a hair appt to get to at 4:30pm and was out of Valvoline by 4:00pm. I was on time to my hair appt which is awesome!
I did wait a while to get in the bay, since there were a lot of people in line today but I was okay with that. I saw Eric and the crew giving the car in front of me great attention to detail and they even helped the driver (who had a handicap of some sort) get to her car safely.
Eric did a great job with attention to detail to my car as well! I’ll gladly come back here if my husband is unavailable to do my oil change again.

NICK and QUINCEY were AWESOME! They helped me warranty a battery I had put in last September. Most definitely recommend coming to this Valvoline location the hole staff is fast and amazing.

I had my transmission fluid changed. They gave me a discount. That was nice. Next month get my oil changed in my 2002 Honda Odyssey. They were very helpful and nice.

Great place they even told me that one of my tires was out on BACKWARDS!!! How does a tire place do that??? Thank you guys for letting me know… gotta take car back soon to get that fixed

Sabrina was amazingly helpful. She didn't have my air filter in stock but fortunately it wasn't that dirty. She said she'd have it in next time I came in. She kept me informed of what was going on and even walked me through resetting my oil light. I usually use the location on Grandview but I will use this location from now on. Thanks for being great and working through this pandemic. Great bussiness!!! 👍

I went for an air-conditioning check during the recent heat wave. After visiting 2 other shops they got me right in.

Went got air in my tires they was fast friendly I even gave two of them a tip will definitely be going again

I went here when it was Avis Lube. Same people. Good service. I also go to their store on WCR, but today I was closer to this one so I let them do it.
