The crew that work at the Sherwin-Williams in Odessa are great knowledgeable people, and can mix paint extremely well. it’s always a pleasure when I visit this particular store and the people that work there. Smileys

I was looking for something in particular and had tried Home Depot and Westlake Hardware to no avail. I also got absolutely no one to ask if they could help me. As soon as I walked into Sherwin Williams, he asked if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I need. He was great and very customer oriented. I would make sure you keep that young man on staff, He will make you a great employee for the future and be a great asset for your business.

The store was clean and the service was great. The man who helped me was polite and knowable.

Cashier was very polite and asked if I needed any help. She helped getting my paint ready and was very quick . I would recommend Sherwin Williams.

The employees in the store are the best employees I’ve ever seen in Sherwin williams and I’ve done work all across the United States. I can call in a large order over the phone and it will be ready within 15 minutes! sherwin williams Corporate should give this store some kind of award for best customer service. Also Troy is the best airless sprayer mechanic i’ve ever seen and I would argue Roger Anderson is the most accommodating Sherwin williams representative in the entire company.
