Allstate Insurance: Roy Faulkenberry

I can't complain, Allstate has been there through every event that I have endured. Thankful that has been far and in between. They are very informative and keep me up to date on any claims I may have. Except for the premiums that continue to rise, customer service is exceptional. I truly appreciate the work and the consistent updates. Thank you for being there for me.

I've enjoyed my time with Allstate. I have had to submit a claim for a new roof, and they helped me out. I had a small issue where the roofing company submitted a rebuttal to Allstate's estimation to which Allstate approved, but they only paid me the initial estimate. Only took one phone call to fix and they were very apologetic.

I would also like to note I believe I have had ZERO contact with Roy Faulkenberry whatsoever or this particular office as far as I can tell. I think I've emailed/called him before and never heard back. I just used Allstates national line for all questions/issues thereafter. So my review is more for Allstate as a whole as far as I know. But maybe his office somehow is making me get better service than I otherwise would with another office (doesn't seem likely but I dunno).

I had an extremely bad experience with the claims department which made me think about finding another insurance firm but due the home agent Lisa Wallace in Odessa,Texas who witnessed my problems she helped me thru it all and due to her kindness and compassion I will stay another year. She is worth her weight in gold, Allstate needs to have more people like her on your team.

I just change my insurance agency to this office last November. It's a great experience to work with them. Their response is always within 2 hours after I email them. Great agency and certainly recommend to everybody!

I have both my home and auto policies with them and could not be more pleased with the service and rates. They are very friendly and have given me great advice in meeting my ever-changing insurance needs.

I came to get a quote from our auto and home. The representative for this agent was great she was very helpful and tried to find the best for our family even though our current insurance was still at a lower cost per value of insurance she was so kind and if we ever look into getting another quote or switch we will be going to see if she is still there just for her customer service. The agents name was Tasha.

Roy and his staff are by far the best people I have ever worked with. From the initial switch from my current all the way down to calling in and paying my bill. Highly recommend Mr. Faulkenberry and his staff.
