Miss Navarro was EXCEPTIONAL! Needs to be head of cust. serv. dept. There were a few issues that needed attention, and she saw me through them all. She showed great patience as we were on the phone for close to an hour while she was communicating with various depts. as well as myself. She was very knowledgeable, and took care of issues that two prior reps. had no clue as to solving. Never wrote a google review before but was compelled to do so in this instance.
