Concentra Urgent Care

I was a little anxious that they only accepted employment drug screens as walk-ins. I just knew I was going to be there all day, they were gonna be on lunch breaks and everything that could go wrong would....... Definitely not the case. They checked me in under 5 minutes of arriving. They set the expectation letting me know how many people were in front of me and my time of approximately 1 hours to be complete. I was only there 27 mins total beginning to end. I was allowed to wash my hands with soap before and after. They provided a secure place for me to leave my phone and keys. The Technician even made sure the restroom was clean before I went in stating "he has had men all day and knows they leave pee on the floor". Very friendly and very professional.

The staff is very professional and very helpful. That made me feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was awesome. So was the gentlemen who helped take the test. He told me everything as it was going to happen what I had to do very calm make me feel calm as well. Dr. Helped me and asked questions that helped me to not be nervous. Awesome team thank you all very much.

The ladies and staff are always so great even when people are lined up at 8 am! They get you checked in fast and are so patient and caring to help everyone even when they need help checking in on their phone. Tanisha (I believe) was the lady checking me in and doing my tests for my DOT. She was personable and professional and I hope she's always there if I need to come for anything! The doctor himself was also great and easy to talk to. Great job everyone, hard to find good customer service anymore, you guys and gals are killing it!

My only complaint with this visit was that I had an appointment at 9:30 am, showed up ant 9:10 am, and wasn’t called back until 10:20 am. Otherwise, everything was smooth sailing. I had a multi component annual exam for work (eye, spirometer, audiogram, EKG, bloodwork, urine, and final meeting with doctor). I got out at 12:00 pm.

Just moved to the area and needed a work related test done. I called the office to schedule an appointment, I was told I could walk on in. They were able to print my paperwork for me, I was in and out in under thirty minutes! Great staff!

To be honest, I think your facility and the lady that runs the front desk or the whole office is very assertive detailed and the expectations are known from the beginning so if you’re going to have a three hour wait, she let you know it’s going to be a three hour wait and she gives you options so that you can choose whether you want to be there or not That is greatly appreciated in a day when time is so precious to what we have to do and what we need to accomplish. I got there at 8 o’clock in the morning it was out within an hour. Everyone was very helpful, very thankful and very courteous, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had going for a physical this is why I keep coming back

My experience getting my drug screening for my new employer was fast and easy!! Really nice staff as well.

I did wait for over a hour but I had lots of things that needed to be done. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The staff were very nice and once I was seen everything went smoothly. The lab tech guy is very skilled and so friendly.

As a walk-in I was taken care of right away, filled out the necessary documents, tested and on my way in about one hour.

I have been here a couple of times and the team here is friendly and service is effective.. they will tell you a three hour wait sometime but it never goes to that they see you fast

Well I don't no where to start. The staff was very nice and very polite The place is very clean Your cafeteria is very clean and updated. And the people that work here are very polite. And I am looking forward to working here for a long time And yes they got longhorn out at the front gate which I thought was kind of nice to see. And the security guard was very nice and polite.

Everyone was nice they took x-rays and said I had a fracture on my knee. I am just waiting to get approved to see an orthopedic hopefully soon

Walking in to the office, I was greeted with a friendly Welcome and nice smiles. Enrollment was easy and did not have to wait too long to see the Technician that was performing the testing. My whole experience was very good and I would highly recommend Concentra to everyone looking for professional services and courteous experience.
