Go to Best Buy to remind yourself that Walmart, Target and Amazon are not the only players in the game. Excellent place for Christmas sales to gear up your loved ones.

This review is for Ewan. His service was excellent. He was attentive, informative, and courteous. He was also able to multitask and engage with multiple customers at the same time making sure no one felt unacknowledged. I’ve spent the better part of my life in the hospitality industry, and have to say his service really caught my attention. My brother was very happy with his new phone and also the recommendations Ewan made regarding the case and screen protector.

I want to take a minute and say thank you to Matney (I’m sorry if I misspelled your name) - geek squad audio team member. My husband and I braved the store on Black Friday and he was incredibly helpful and took great care of us - on both trips to the store. Especially with them being so busy - I really appreciate him taking time to make sure we were all set.

Best Buy was on fire today! I only go to Best Buy when I need a last minute item. The store had to be evacuated because of the fire and they took care of their customers in the parking lot. They suggested I place my order online and they immediately brought it to me. Great customer service today!

Best Buy has always been an experience I dread. I hated going into the ones I used to frequent as the staff didn’t have a care in the world. This location is my new go to as I moved over here not too long ago. They always have the 151 Pokémon in stock(no where else ever has them). The main reason I go now is to see my new friend Aaron(if I heard the name correctly) who runs one of the registers up front. Such a pleasure to interact with!

We needed a copy of receipt for mfg warranty to replace a broken rear cam cable. Purchases, or getting something resolved has been a breeze.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a new dishwasher. They helped us picked the right one and load it up in our van.

I was looking for a specific 4k Blu-ray movie that came out the day I went to the store. it wasn't put out yet, but an employee went back and brought it to me. I was grateful because that was the fourth business that didn't have it displayed yet, and I was tired of driving around and looking. Sorry, I don't remember the guy's name, but I appreciate the customer service.

With the whole pandemic going on, they are now opened to public with limited amount of customers in the store.

Put on your masks, it is good for your self, also benefit to others.

Few of the 5 years old 50" TV at our store recently went out, so had to get some new TV, Best Buy is always out only place we buy from, and this time I got 4 new Samsung 55" TV.

Picture quality is nice on these new TV, since I have done installation at over 8 of our stores, it was pretty easy and fast to swap them out.

Was in the market for graphic design and audio/video editing computers. Found my way to Alienware Tower. Thanks, Xander!

I went to the Best Buy in Round Rock to compare prices and specs on laptops. Stevie, a best buy associate, did a wonderful job with helping me. I felt safe taking his recommendations, and purchased a laptop with the specs I needed. I haven't bought a laptop on my own in 10+ years. With his knowledge, he made my experience extremely stress free. Thank you!

They are very knowledgeable, better than talking on the phone with support. Shout out to geek squad, they offer some of the best services. Geek squad is very knowledgeable and polite. Got my TV mounted and reciever setup and wow it's amazing.

The exact model, color and version of Samsung watch was located and purchased without delay. In and out in around 30 minutes. Great service.

Staffing was available when needed, very important in a store like this. Everything we needed was in stock and priced the same as online. Best Buy is our family's go-to for our electronic needs.

Love Best Buy. This one has great customer service. I used to but everything on Prime and then I remembered that I can show up and actually see things before I buy them. I've bought phones, refrigerators, Camera lens, and much more from this store in the last year or so, all at a better price than I was finding anywhere else.

I’ve always found Best Buy to be one of the better electronics stores (despite being over-priced), but now that it’s the only electronics store left with a brick and mortar presence… I just hope it doesn’t realize this and start monopolistic practices.

We ordered a product online for in-store pick up, they had it ready within an hour, or so, went and walked right up, did the app check in, picked it up and we were out of the store within about five minutes.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Every associate I saw greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I brought my printer in to get fixed and the guy at the Geek Squad counter was super knowledgeable and helpful. It wasn't fixable and still under warranty so he was able to help me get a replacement. I was in and out with a new printer in less than 45 minutes!

Amazing place. Definitely one of the great Best Buy’s in Austin. Large size and lots of items in stock.
