Walmart Pharmacy

The folks in the pharmacy are the best. Super friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to help me get the medications my husband needed during the 4th of July holiday. So appreciative for them.

Easy and convenient, only one trip for groceries, health related products or prescribed drugs, office/school supplies, mean it is Walmart, we all love it!

While out of town Walmart assisted in getting my meds transferred to Florida and Georgia during my stay there. I thank you.

Very busy but they get the job done

I have had both rude and pleasant attitudes. It depends on the person behind the desk. It would be great if we didn't have to check out by talking to the pharmacist every time you pick up your meds.

Very disorganized.

It's a shame I have to give them a star at all... pharmacist laughed at me while telling me they were refusing to release my prescription due to some guideline that my doctor hasn't ever heard about - after accepting the script, telling me to wait an hour, filling it and telling me it's ready to go! Then she told me that she was recording my conversation without my consent when I got upset because I haven't ever had any issues with my doctor or getting my prescription filled before today!

Today I came to pick up my prescription the same one that I have been getting every 90 days for the last 10 years from this pharmacy. Today the pharmacist told me she couldn't give it to me because it was against the law to give me this prescription in a 90 day amount. So either she was lying or Walmart has been illegally giving me a prescription for the last 10 years and jeopardizing my health we're going to find out which one it is.

RHET was very rude and disrespectful cause I was trying to fill a prescription that was over the counter. I am a single mom that has her daughters on Medicaid and just got out of domestic abuse so I have no money or a job at this moment to afford over the counter why I needed it filled. But to have an attitude with me is very uncalled for.

The 20 minute wait ended up an hour because they forgot the other prescription😂. I should have not even consider coming here.

I am at the pharmacy picking up medication for my dog, and the rudeness of the cashier was irritating, to say the least. The medication is a controlled substance, so that requires the cashier to enter your driver's license info. After spending at least 3 minutes typing the info in (with one finger), he rings it up and says "all that for 10 pills." Those 10 pills will bring my dog relief for the next 7 days, so I would say it was worth the time. Maybe management, should evaluate if it was worth it.

Horrible. Not a single drama-free, courteous experience. Not one. And I've been there numerous times. If one person threatens the streak with kindness, someone else is guaranteed to follow up with indifference, curtness, incompetence or downright rudeness. Can't wait to switch.

Told to come back 3 days in a row and every time we came back prescription isn’t actually ready? Day prescription is actually here told where to sit and it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later stand up and ask if its ready and am told “ oh sorry I forgot you were waiting” completely inept borderline intentionally difficult.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. To reduce waiting, they tell you to call to make sure the prescription is ready. I called and sat in hold until I drove to the pharmacy, walked up to the window, and requested that someone answer the phone. Not a single person was in the the phone when I walked up. After making this announcement, one of the staff answered the phone with a shocked sounding hello as if surprised anyone could be on the phone. Really?!?! The pharmacist talk to me as if I didn't know how to tell time. Exceeded the prescription won't be ready for 15 minutes and then proceeded to tell me how to tell time. I'm not the one that couldn't tell time. I knew I was on hold for 15 minutes and made that perfectly clear. Absolutely worthless in the pharmacy. Thank God I found out Walgreens now takes my insurance. Woohoo!!! I will never have to go to Walmart ever again.
