Walgreens

I get my prescriptions and live near there. I had prostate surgery two days before. Without going into sordid detail, when I removed the cath, problems ensued, and I needed Depends for the first time in my life. Gah! My son and neighbor were gone so I checked out their delivery option online, where it states you can get orders in an hour. That's not the case. On commercials where they tout that service, the smiling delivery guy is in Walgreens gear. I called the store and was informed they indeed don't deliver but a third party will. So I got shuffled to the manager, Corey. After I explained my situation, he said he got off at 2 and would deliver what I needed personally. That's going above and beyond. I decided to time driving there between "problems" and picked up what I needed and thanked Corey for his offer. Much appreciated.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the last 3 years and I’ve yet to have a bad experience with them. The pharmacy staff has always been so polite and warm with me as well as to the many other customers that regularly come in too. The only thing that I wish the pharmacy would do better is with the automated phone system, but then again that’s more of an issue regarding corporate rather than this specific pharmacy here. I just don’t like having to waste my time trying to explain that I’d like to refill my prescription (to no avail) when I know that I could speak to one of the many wonderful people working there that’ll get it right on the first try and get it done in half that time. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about this Walgreens location mainly due to their incredibly friendly staff who do the best job in a very timely manner. Thanks for being awesome every time and please keep it up!!!

Jason from the Pharmacy is AWESOME! I had an issue with my dr refilling a rx that I really needed and he went above and beyond what his job responsibilities are to make sure that my issue was taken care of. I needed a different brand name for a rx that I was desperate for, so that my insurance would cover it. My dr mistakingly denied the request so I tried calling my dr to sort things out, but my phone wasn't allowing the call to go through. I called to place the order and just pay out of pocket for the medicine I needed and Jason answered. After hearing what was going on, he immediately took matters into his own hands. He got on the phone with my doctor, and sorted out my issue for me! I am so impressed!

I really like this store. The clerk there when I have visited always is very nice, courteous, and helpful. I found greater merchandise variety and better prices there than the CVS at A W Grimes and Palm Valley Blvd. for what I needed. I also Iike that UPS is there.

Great location for me! Always convenient, staff always cordial and pharmacy has always been relatively quick

Staff rocks, always has but the store in general is not good since it has been renovated. Prices are extremely high and they do not carry half the stuff they used too.

Shay was very helpful and great with greeting me work and rideshare was rough but the great attitude from Shay made my bight better and this is a very clean Walgreens.

Love this store! Super friendly and helpful cashiers! I drive further than my local walgreens just to shop here. Hard to find a place that is so nice to couponers!

I had a very good experience. They were friendly and helped me find the cold medicine that I needed. I didn't have to wait in line, which was nice, because I was in a hurry!

My Dr called in a prescription for cough syrup as I'm sick but they didn't have it in stock. The pharmacist called to let me know and said she'd checked with other walgreens but they didn't either. She informed me that a competitor (cvs) did and asked if I'd like to get it there. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this as I consider that great customer service. Keep up the good work yall!

This is a descent Walgreens. It's smaller than some but it's usually clean and the staff are friendly.
