We were looking to move to Austin from out of state, and she was with us every step of the way, finding us homes to bid on personalized to our needs, chasing down builders to get questions answered, accompanying us on house inspections (and pointing out many things we had missed), and answering all the questions we had as first time home buyers. Imelda was a joy to work with, and easily earned my recommendation.

Imelda and her team went above and beyond to give us the least stressful home-buying experience. Her and her team were able to break down exactly what we needed to do as first time buyers and was on top of every issue the moment it became apparent. In one specific case where the appraiser needed a trim repainted, her and her team personally went and scraped/painted the trim before scheduling the inspector to come back out. If that isn't dedication, I don't know what is! I would recommend this group for anyone buying in the New Braunfels/Georgetown/Round Rock area.

I was new to real estate investing, so she guided me in every step. She went above and beyond to give me contact information of property management company, consultant who can setup LLC for me and many other things.

Once I asked her to put an offer on a multifamily home. I had no idea about what to look for before giving an offer. She pointed out that the house had septic tank instead of sewer connection. It was a life saver because I didn't want to deal with a house having septic tank.

For another property she was present when inspection was done and sent me videos of the property. (I had not been to property until that time, so it was very helpful.)
