This place is awful and don't know what they are doing. Over charging and accusing me of removing vehicles. When I personally went and spoke to Sammy myself and told him to remove the Camery 2007 and add RAV4 2016 to the policy. I am going to take my business somewhere else because these people here don't have a clue what they are doing. They are clueless.

I tried calling him for over a month to talk to him about my policy. He never returned my calls and his staff is very rude! I was with farmers insurance for about 15 or 20 years and my original lady retired, passing me on to him. Horrible experience!!
