Brady Station Apartments

My experience has been positive; life happens and sometimes my rent is not on time but Tiffany has always been fair and companisate with my circumstances. Carlos is aways willing to help and answer any concerns that I may have.
I feel safe at Brady Station.

The renewal department doesn’t come through and do what they say they would do. But Jacee stepped back in to the office this past week and took care of my problem the same day. We definitely need her work ethic back at Brady Station. She knows the apartment so well she cleans up others mess and still gets her work done. We need Jacee back!

Been apartment hunting in the Odessa area for a while and came across Brady Station and decided to take a look. Carlos helped me out and was excellent in providing all the info I needed. I have done other tours here in Odessa but they all seemed rude and didn’t interest me. Carlao gave me all the information I needed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Can’t wait to be apart of this community. :)

Big thank you to Carlos at the office, I have had my fair shares with apartment hunting and this has been the best yet. Carlos was very helpful, kind and gave me all the information I needed and more!!! Everyone seems nice and property looks peaceful.

I lived here for a short period and had some very inconvenient things happen to me while i was there. It felt that the staff truly cared and were very helpful even though my situation felt like nothing but an inconvenience to them. They understand that by doing right by the customer goes a long way for a business. Customer service and being on time with repairs 10/10. Shout out to tiffany for caring and really going out of the way to help her tenants. Its a safe and welcoming community. You wont find a safer more family oriented ungated apartment complex in the city of odessa.

It was my first time looking for an apartment ever and I was helped by Carlos he talked me through the process and went through what I could end up paying. He took me to tour the apartment and just really made me feel comfortable overall great experience!

Everything went great. The office staff was excellent at explaining how everything works and they even showed an apartment that was unoccupied.

Tiffany our Community Manager and the staff are all great people. She truly cares about her tenants as well as the property.

Had the best experience ever today got a little tour around. got to see what it looked on the inside and out. I love how it’s calming and how everyone at the office is down to earth it’s amazing I fell in love

The office team is amazing and very welcoming! Jacee is extremely helpful and will go the extra mile for anyone. I’m so glad I decided to make the change from my previous apartment complex.

From the application process to move in date Jacee Cortez has helped with everything i needed in answering questions and helping me move in as soon as i can. She made the process easier than i excepted it to be and i am so thankful. Beautiful complex and even more wonderful staff at Brady Station.

I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. I enjoy the greenery and tall, shady trees in front on my home. It’s definitely a pet friendly place. I can even take my dog to visit the leasing office. The maintenance guys are great. They get to my work orders on the same day and if they can’t, the managers call me to let me know what’s going on and keeps me posted. It’s my home away from home.

I would like to say Thanks to The Maintenance Supervisor going Beyond their job duties on getting my work orders completed even when I forgot to submit it..The Office team are Super friendly and really make the property feel like a big family home., Thanks for making me feel welcomed. This is a great property to live at.

All the apartments are really clean and smell nice. The staff and front office are amazingly nice and helpful. Also the pool is open all year long !!

From the application to the whole moving in process was amazing & super easy! I love my new home. Very fast & good response when questions were asked!(:

Since moving here a month ago we have had no problems! They just repainted which is nice. We had a problem with a neighbor and the manager had it taken care of right away! Have not had any problems with noise. I am very pleased with our new place. Thanks Amber!

Excellent treatment and kindness from Jacce Cortez, the manager. Despite not knowing Spanish, he made an effort to give me his best treatment by translating from English to Spanish to communicate with me. Greetings from her and her help.

I’ve been here for 3 years and I’ve never had a problem with anybody. It’s a nice place to live in . Neighbors are friendly and always helpful. I would recommend if anybody looking for a place to live, Brady Station Apartments would be the place . You have almost every store close by for your needs. Wal mart, HEB, Fast Food Restaurants,Etc. Apartments are very Nice and big. So I would definitely recommend it to anybody who’s looking for a place to live.

I’ve lived here for a year and when I first came in there was a different crew I had issues with but thanks to the new crew for being so friendly and nice and helpful most of all. I was kind of difficult and calling almost every day and not once were they rude or didnt make effort to fix or give me answers on questions I had. Thanks to Jacee and Christian I was able to get the move in date sooner ! Love the new crew !

I'm giving 5 stars not because of the apartment complex but for the staff (Crystal). I feel like brady station would be great if they took all the money and fixed the place so the residents wouldn't be angry. It's frustrating to pay so much for an apartment and things not work.
Our ac went out last night and we try to understand its just one maintenance guy now. So we called today and they fixed it today. Glad they got help!
