Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Odessa

WE had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection. Rooms were clean, attractive and quiet.

The staff at this location is excellent! They were very accommodating and concerned with my stay. They were personable and interactive. The rooms were very clean, even though a tad dated. I'll be back!

Staff is exceptionally nice and professional! While traveling during the pandemic, I have confidence in the work Marriott is doing to keep their hotels clean and safe for their guests - the Fairfield Odessa is a great example of Marriott's commitment! When I checked in, the young lady upgraded my room which is spacious! The bed is comfortable as usual and the room was very clean. (The king needs a 3rd pillow😴). Given the covid restrictions, their kitchen was closed, but they provide an on-the-go breakfast that is tasty - I miss the Texas shaped waffles. I will definitely stay at the location again. There are a lot of newer hotels in the area, but they've done an excellent job of maintaining this property. Lifetime Platinum and always Marriott for me!

What a great place! Friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast was great. They has delicious salsa and tortillas for your eggs which was a nice change to breakfast. The salsa if you like spicy is a must try.

This hotel was very nice. It has a very modern look to it and felt very new. The rooms were very large with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. Beds were very comfortable big TV Andy lot of space. The staff was super friendly and had a great breakfast in the morning.

I loved my stay!!!!! Morning front desk manager was so nice!!! She accommodate my room request so politely. The afternoon employee Irish was so geniune as well. So kind and helpful! I forgot items at hotel and they were so good about helping me get it back! Marriott employees are such gems! Thank you Farfield for your wonderful staff, all the way from housekeeping, to front office, to breakfast!

This place was outstanding! Lobby was clean, grounds were clean and the room was extremely clean. Miss. Irish was so friendly this morning and it made my whole day. This was our Anniversary weekend and I'm so glad we chose this place to stay. Quiet, clean and so friendly. Thank you for the fantastic weekend.

Awesome stay! I loved it. Super clean and comfortable beds. Wish I was able to enjoy it more. But stayed up entire night for an exam I had in the morning. Sweet front desk agents and lady working in the breakfast area.

I drove ten hours straight from Arizona and everything you could think of was going wrong. This morning a young pretty girl helped me I didn’t get her name but she was amazing she helped me cancel my reservation and do a brand new one also she got us a roller bed and helped me check in earlier then expected just every problem I was having she was able to fix it and accommodate us I fell asleep immediately and didn’t even get to thank her because I was extremely tired but when I see her I will personally thank her. Excellent customer service definitely recommend this place

Many selections for breakfast,friendly service,a selection of snacks you can charge or buy in the lobby including sunscreen,pain killers and products you may need.The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable.You can watch youtube and netflix or listen to some pandora that the tv in your hotel provides.

Let me just say.. our stay was wonderful here! The woman up front is AMAZING and very sweet! We felt so welcome and I love it! This is where I stay every time I visit and I won’t be going else where.

The hotel is in a perfect area close to all main service centers and 2 min away from key highways. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are kept spotless. The prices are also a big plus. I will definitely search for this hotel everytime I visit the area.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was on par with similar hotels. Check in staff was extremely friendly. Had no issues staying here.

Clean,Comfortable,and a Great Location(all types of restaurants,Mall,Lots of grocery stores,banks,etc.).The best feature is their Staff,especially Donna.Donna prepares the breakfast for the guest.The food is DELICIOUS❤!We always stay here if rooms are available.
