Just moved in a little over a month ago. We came back after being out of town for a week to a problem with some leakage on Friday at 10:30. We called maintenance and Tommy showed up right away! He called Maria when they realized how bad it was and she showed up as well, and we got situated in a hotel as we couldn’t stay in our unit. Come all day Saturday and Maria, Tommy, and Beverly are helping us for hours showing us new apartments and discussing the issues with us. They didn’t stop until we figured out a new living arrangement!! We got it situated and Maria made sure we wouldn’t be left in a financial struggle. All of this while Maria and Beverly weren’t even supposed to be working! Tommy didn’t stop until he made sure we were taken care of. They were AMAZING. Definitely made this pregnant girls life a lot less stressful, we knew we wanted to stay in the complex after all the time and stress they went through for us all last minute!!!
