Paul in Odessa was absolutely great! Fast to greet us and assist us. He wasn’t pushy and listened to our wants and needs! Furniture is beautiful. We were given a delivery date and furniture was in a month before! Highly recommended

Found the recliner we needed at a great price. Also, found lamp pair and decor that couldn't leave behind!

Great Experience, staff was supper friendly and thoughtful! Loved how they ran the hole experience. Prices are a little higher than one would like and found same furniture at competitors cheaper, but overall great experience!
P.S Do your self a favor and try massage chairs, definitely on my wish list!

My go to for any home purchase! Arielle helped us out for our most recent purchase and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I loved the selection of pieces of furniture they had and I had time to browse without feeling pressured.

Brandon Rodriguez was our sales host. Greeted us immediately when walking in. He adapted and broke a language barrier with my elder and made her feel comfortable. The entire process was quick and easy it feels because of the effort Brandon put into the visit. Never persuaded or pushy he allowed us to shop respectfully around the store. Even though I turned down the insurance and delivery for my purchase (which makes them money) he was still able to find an incentive to give me to make the purchase even better. Hands down to Brandon for his hospitality and character! Viva la raza!

Arielle was extremely good 👍 definitively ASK FOR HER!!! Although they advertise they're not on commissions. The amount of sales they make still determines how much they take home. She definitively earned her sale with us. I use to work there and she's the best they have in my opinion!!!

Montique goes above and beyond! We bought a dining room set today and a living room set about ten months ago as our first purchase through Bob Mills. We used to shop at Rooms To Go and I will definitely never go back.

He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions which led to me purchasing 2 rocker recliners that I love!! Mt initial visit was spent with Montique. He was very attentive and I told him I would decide at a later date. Unfortunately, Montique was off, so Arielle filled in. She was extremely knowledgable of the products and very helpful during my visit. She was present at every step and answered any questions. The staff had a great personality and attitude. I would definitely shop there again and have the intentikn of doing so in the near future.
