Comfort Suites

I was more then pleasantly surprise to see how big the rooms were and how clean they were. The staff is top of the line helpful and friendly. I do not usually write reviews but this hotel deserves the praise. I will be coming back here.

DEE helped me check in with last minute notice and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable staying. My room was huge and very comfortable.
KODA helped me check out in the morning. Was very nice and attentive to my morning needs. Thanks team! Nice

Large, welcoming rooms. Well appointed (even a kitchen area with bar sink!). Large L-shaped couch (fold-out bed?) in sitting area, and two comfortable queen-sized beds. Lotsa pillows. Sliding window opens to let fresh air in (and a bathroom fan). TV is on an articulating mount so you can watch it from the sitting area. Personable and helpful staff. There's an obvious effort to keep the public areas clean, and the room was spotless. Complaints: bathroom needs at least one towel rack (plenty of absorbent towels in the sink cabinet, but we like to reuse the hand towels at least). Also, I recommend staying on the top floor or bring ear plugs because doors close loudly, noise from the hallway and other rooms transmits readily (you can hear people coughing), and there was the now seemingly common "person tromping back and forth above us all night".

I checked into the hotel late in the evening after a long, stressful week/day. Koda at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating and relieved a lot of stress by making my check-in process so easy and smooth. He had the best attitude and personality. That seems to be a trait hard to find these day. So THANK YOU SO MUCH KODA!! Also thank you Comfort Suites!! You guys are AWESOME. I will be staying here again and would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! ❤🙏🏽

Friendliest staff I've had on a hotel for a long time! Both housekeeping ladies were so nice, front desk attendant who I spoke to via phone was very nice (Nikki I think her name was?) and manager Amanda was nice as well to mail an item we'd left behind.

Breakfast was hot all 3 days. Rooms were clean and stocked with what we needed. Check in and out was very easy. Overall a very nice place to stay!

A comfortable , spacious, and clean room as usual. It's always a great and relaxing stay when I stay at this location. This location should be the flagship hotel for the Choice Hotels brand in the Midland/Odessa area

Customer Service is outstanding! Nikki at the front desk answered a slew of my questions with smile. She was grateful we chose this particular hotel with all the surrounding choices. She made sure to let us know if it was not up to our standard she would make corrections. Our room was perfect! Finally, breakfast at the hotel. We were greeted by Dawn. She as well was kind and courteous. She made sure we had enough and it was good food.

Destiny at the front desk made checking in really easy and fast!!! She was very polite and offered assistance if I had any issues. Room was clean and spacious!!! Definitely recommend this one for a stay!!!

Very clean hotel & rooms nicely kept.

Room was clean and well furnished. They offer limited breakfast which is more than the one where I live does. Location was easy to get to without having to fight the traffic. The staff we interacted with were nice.

Great value, pet friendly hotel stay. Brought the whole family for a night and didn't break the bank. For the cost, I was actually surprised by how clean and kept up the room was. Definitely a good place to stay for a few nights, great if just passing through.

Amazing hotel staff. So kind and helpful and very genuine, cleaning staff were also the best I’ve seen yet. We were here for an extended amount of time due to work and felt right at home. Can’t recommend a stay here enough.

Nice & clean. Our room was larger than normal. Would stay here again. Breakfast was more than your average continental. Very good!

Huge, comfortable beautiful room! Very clean! Nice staff and great breakfast. Wish breakfast went a little longer than 9.30, but all good. It's close to "the Loop" highways and shopping. Great place to stay!

Good Place. So much lighting outside. Came at 12 o’clock at night still looked so safe. Nice friendly staff during check in as well as check out. Large rooms. Just took pic of Sofa. 😄 Good room for a given price.

Very nice motel. Price is reasonable. Rooms large,clean & have a mini kitchenette. Both bed and couch were comfortable.
Easy in and out for semi with street parking also available. Full breakfast and coffee available 24 hours.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only "complaint" would be the pool still being closed.

I use Comfort Suites almost every time that I travel, but this has by far, been the best experience ever.. The staff was nice. The room was very clean and big. It is located, close to everything. I am satisfied.
