They are fat and friendly and seen to have stick when others don’t. No complaints

I'm doing this to offset the 1 star review that somebody else left. I've been using University Health Mart for years and I can't say enough good things about them. They are friendly, professional and courteous. They take the time to get to know their customers and know them by name. When I use the drive up, they greet me at my car with prescriptions already in hand. I suspect the other reviewer is the type of person that only gives bad reviews when she's dissatisfied, but never good ones when she gets good service. Pay no attention to her review. The folks at University Pharmacy are GREAT!

Great people and service!

Staff didn’t place order when my prescription was sent in. Went to pick it up the next day since that’s when the text said it will be ready. Got there and was told they couldnt find my cream online but was never given a courtesy call, so I could get it sent somewhere else. She was able to find one when I was there, but it wasn’t available until the next day. This place doesn’t take GoodRx.

$70 for a flu shot!!!! Was told Medicare didn’t pay for flu shots-it does! The pharmacy just won’t bill Medicare. Wish it was explained correctly before the shot!
