Our family checked into a new Holiday Inn for our spontaneous getaway(New to the area) It was nice to see families swimming in the pool, guy’s hanging out at the pool. Great hospitality as it should be.

Front desk staff was great!

I came in with a group from Dallas and Fort Worth this past weekend. The accommodations were great. The hotel was very nice and clean. But, my favorite part was the breakfast encounter I had both mornings that I was there. Melissa was very pleasant and welcoming with her own sweet, personal touch. I loved every moment of it. Thank you ❤

The hotel is so clean, so nice and so convenient. I worked with Jessica who helped me problem solve a few unusual situations I was in amidst traveling. She was incredible, so helpful and positive. I would absolutely want to stay here again just because of my positive interaction with her! 10/10

The employees are very friendly and helpful the ladies that were working on the breakfast were awesome. The rooms were very clean and layout was great.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and served starting at 05:30. This is a plus for business travelers that have to get to their projects early in the morning. The coffee is already hot and the chocolate chip cookies served in the evening at a welcome addition.

Seriously the best hotel we stayed at on our road trip across the country. I'm so glad we found this place after staying in a gross hotel the night before. Everything was so clean and the king suite had very modern furniture. Loved the shower with the glass door. We got it for a very cheap rate! Google is showing it for around $330, and we paid around $100, I think. Staff was friendly on the phone, but the girls that checked us in and out could have been a little more alive. First one looked too cold to move, but honestly it was freezing lol. Other than that our room was next to the elevator so we heard all the noisy early morning guests since the door was thin, I guess. Still 5 stars because the rest was so awesome!

This hotel has been excellent in almost every category found in hospitality services. Clean rooms ,friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and accommodations beyond standard hotel protocol. I feel the need to mention one seral, Keith works at the front desk and he has been the most helpful, kind, and
prepared hospitality member I've ever come in contact with. My day has began with a positive vibe and that's what's going to be the thing that influences my entire trip. 5 stars yall

Was great, "love the pillows". Breafast is really good. Very clean. But the housekeeping keeps knocking on your door, even though checkout is til 11 or 12 I believe. Overall, I love it.

We rented the banquet room for a special baby shower and the staff was wonderful! From the booking process through the end of the party, the staff was super helpful and very accommodating. Will definitely use this venue again. 👍

If anyone knows anything about the oilfield they know it's always busy and loud. However the room was still comfy and quiet and got a good nights sleep. The location is the only drawback so far being located at the end of JBS so not much within walking distance for food but the town is still growing fast and there's a lot of room for growth out there.

My family & I were greeted & given the friendliest welcome & customer service by the desk clerk. Breakfast bar was fresh & delicious. Beds were very comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Best service we had this whole year. We spent two nights there with the women's basketball team for UT Tyler, and their service was excellent. Great people that helped us a lot and were very friendly!

Clean, friendly staff, and quiet. This location does not have sofa beds - so have to get 2 queens. Great stop even if 10 minutes off freeway. Close to food and stores (Sam's club and Walmart too).

The hotel is updated and clean with a good location near downtown Odessa. The bathroom provided all the little things like shoe polish, face wipes, and even shower gel. The included breakfast is still sub par but that goes for all holiday inn express locations.

Wonderful stay. Great breakfast. And the night time hospitality agent, Monica, was superb. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond in her guest services. Wish I could take her on all our trips!!!

Usually don't remember names and normally wouldn't give a HIE a 5 star rating, but Bethany at the front desk made such a great impression when we arrived late & tired. She gave us relocation tips for Odessa, told us where local shopping was, best way to find housing, and even got my pregnant daughter-in-law a pint of ice cream from the freezer at 11:30 PM! The pretty décor, comfortable beds, large rooms, and nice breakfast were bonus features.

Great place. For unplanned reasons we got stranded in Odessa at 2:30 a.m. the staff was friendly all the way around. They were more than willing to help in check in and check out. I'd have no problem making them my first choice in Odessa.

Very sweet desk clerk really knows her job and so informative about the area around the hotel especially the businesses (resterants) that were open for christmas. She is an asset to the holiday inn express. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

A Holiday Inn Express is a Holiday Inn Express is a Holiday Inn Express. But this is the nicest one I've stayed in. It looked like a remodel, and they did a good job. But really what stood out was the staff. Customer service oriented, especially the night person.
