Albertsons Pharmacy

Best Pharmacy in Odessa ,good staff and caring folks.

This pharmacy, and the Albertson's on 8th Street, have managed between them to turn a simple request for a refill on two very common blood pressure medications into an infuriating misadventure in which I have sacrificed half of a day... b/c the pharmacies are understaffed, and far more unforgivably, are inept at communicating basic information and indifferent to the impact this ineptitude has on customers. I will not use Albertson's in the future...but today, am stuck in late afternoon, waiting for a refill that should have been ready 5 hours ago.

In fairness, the fault belongs in large measure to the 8th street location...
