My experience with you guys hass always been a pleasurable one. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out when we go in the store and they always help me find the best option that will suit my budget. I know it may cost a little more but to us it's worth it because we can pay over time.

Amazing service and great people. Ricki has definitely kept me in business with rent a center due to the outstanding customer service and communication, as well as all the others! I feel very welcomed whenever I'm in the store. If you come to a rough patch in life they definitely help you out and work with you. Would recommend %1000 for all furniture and appliance shopping!

It was a really fast and great experience I was not sure of being approved but got pre approved for so much great stuff

Mike was extremely helpful about answering questions and remembered me from previous purchase which is always a plus! He assured me fridge would be delivered same day and it was. Upon delivery the two gentlemen removed old refrigerator and made sure new one was installed and working properly. A positive experience both times I have come to this RAC.

Mike was absolutely amazing as well as fast delivery and the delivery guys were great too!!! Thank you so much! We will continue to do business here. We are on our second contract as if now. Just love the staff at this store!!!!!

My husband and I went to another rent a center before going to the rent a center on 1651 N county road west. So we walk in the the first one ( its maybe 5 or 6 minutes away from our house.) Expecting to be greeted as soon as we walk in and nobody came out from the offices to greet us. We (my husband and I) have been in the store for roughly five minutes now and still nobody made an effort to greet us or see why we came came in that day. We decide to leave and try another one. That's when we get to the rent a center (1651 N) and before the entrance door shuts we have been greeted, asked if we needed some time to look or if we already knew what we wanted. We look around and spotted a fridge, stove, and an entertainment center with a TV that we really liked. Well we go up to the counter and we start talking to Mike. My husband and I love good conversation and an easy going attitude. We talk to mike for a few, we show him what we are looking at what we must have and what could wait if it came down to it. Needless to say we have the entertainment center, tv fridge, and stove thanks to mike and his crew. If you want to feel like family, and feel like an actual person and not just a bank then go to 1651 N County Road west odessa, tx and talk to mike. I would refer anyone in a minute to go and gave the experience that my husband and I had with mike. I wish I could rate them 100 in stars but five is all that is allowed to rate a business on here. If you are in the mood to get new furniture or just need an upgrade go there and tell mike that amber and josh sent ya.
