Candlewood Suites Odessa, an IHG Hotel

Very nice and clean large room and awesome kitchen. Ppl were talking about pet areas and out the back window I see plenty of room to take your dogs and bags provided for picking up after them. I would definitely come here again.

I cannot say enough good about the staff here. The hotel itself was clean and in great shape. But the staff were amazing. I escaped here after being assaulted in my home. I arrived early morning before normal check-in/check-out hours. The overnight desk manager let me check in early and was so friendly and accommodating allowing me to have my name protected and not allow anyone to contact me without going through them first. They went above and beyond getting me anything I needed. Even when I needed a pick-me-up ice cream snack after spending hours in the emergency room. I felt so safe and protected there even before the police were guarding the property. My dad came without them knowing and they wouldn't let him past the desk or give my info out at all until they spoke to me even though he told them he was my dad. They called and checked on me throughout the day and asked if I needed anything to eat or anything at all. I honestly turned down the assault victim facility the OPD offered because I felt safer and more comfortable here. Needless to say, they all deserve praise and thanks for taking such great care of me. Not that I hope anyone else needs to escape as a victim, but they just treated me like family. I couldn't have asked for a better place. I wasn't sure what to expect as I was just trying to find a place that would allow my dog to be with me.

During my stay I was very comfortable and clean. Miss Gema, the front desk agent, made sure we were well taken care of for all suite necessaties. Our many thanks to your kind business, we look forward to all future stays! 🙂

It was a very delightful stay from the moment we walked in all staff was amazing. They definitely provided a caring and clean atmosphere! It was comforting in our time of grief. Our family will definitely be booking again!!

Great hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Having a ktchenette that is stocked is great. You are able to check out various appliances to cook with at the front desk. I checked out slow cooker and made pot roast. Would certainly stay again.

Place was so busy the night before the room want quite ready when we got there that evening. Staff was very friendly and nice they offered compensation in the was of a free snack and drink from their snack shack. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in the area

Great hotel- I love Candlewood Suites! Rooms are always clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. There is a work out room and the hotel will loan you a movie on DVD to watch if you would like something to watch for free. Staff was very friendly during my stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

For a military move we traveled from upstate NY to El Paso, TX. Each time we stopped for the night, we in a Candlewood Suites hotel, and everything was perfect. We will stay Candlewood hotels whenever possible now. The only thing I disliked about this particular hotel was the lack of spots to take our dog to potty. My dog never traveled outside of NY before, and refused to relieve herself in the dirt and rocks. It made the trip more stressful for her. I know it's due to the climate of the area, but was really my only issue.

Awesome place to stay. Most things were free to guest including laundry! Staff was very helpful and the hotel was very neat and clean. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Doggy Diversty at its finest. Love it... Finding a hotel that accommodates large dogs isn't easy. This place was awesome. Great for its acceptance of large dogs. Even though the "pet area" sucked and has no space or grass I didn't expect much of that in the geographic area anyway. (Theres plenty of vacant land to walk them) If your main concern is a clean decent room, best pillows ever, and affordable rates, and not limiting you mini-dogs, this is it. My Lab and my "Staffordshire Terrier" were loved not demonized. THANK YOU!

Anastasia McKenzie-Polk makes this one of the best hotels you can stay at. Her customer service skills are top notch. She should be running her own hotel.
