Hey not to shabby, great staff. Girls up front have a great attitude friendly and not in your business like other hotels. They cleaned my room like a boss. The breakfast was pretty damn good I appreciate it!

Very professional and friendly staff. The ladies that clean the rooms work really hard. Because the rooms are spotless and thoroughly cleaned. And definitely no bugs! The continental breakfast was really good. And let me not forget how comfortable that bed was!! Our one night stay here will always keep us coming back to this location. My husband is a truck driver and when in Odessa we will always stay here.

I am here for business.

The staff members, Ashley and Rocee are phenomenal. They’re very friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Addition to, the rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast option is great! The hotel does offer Hot and cold options. The hotel is in a great location.

Overall, recommend for business, solo, or family leisure.

Breakfast was great. The staff was more than accommodating they made sure the stay was a pleasant one. Rooms were clean and the swimming pool had a hot tub.

Staff has been friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and housekeeping goes above and beyond to see that your needs are met. Breakfast had a variety of selections which met each of my 4 kids liking which was a huge bonus. Breakfast attendant was super kind and was awesome to chat with. Pool was smaller than I had hoped but we were the only ones there so that made up for the size, bonus that they have pool towels out there too so you don't have to use your shower towels. Edited to add that the heavier white woman is beyond rude. I'm sure she is the manager but she makes every effort to make sure you know you're not welcome. I'm giving the rest of the staff aside from her the 5 stars. She doesn't deserve even one.

Great experience thus far. Other than the loud noises from the 3rd floor, this place meets all expectations. Staff is on top of things! Great price, comfy beds, and they actually follow the do no disturb signs. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pillows were fluffy and provided enough support. The free breakfast was fantastic, with waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, milk and juice + some other things I didn't try. Check in was painless.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and fresh when we arrived. The Wi-Fi was dependable. We only stayed one night to break up a long drive but it was good hotel and we would be happy to stay here again.

OMG Roxy is amazing! After a really difficult road trip, she got me into a beautiful suite, hooked me up with a membership, and explained about the deals through the app to help me on my journey. She is so sweet and accommodating, I hope you guys give her a raise or promotion :)

When we got to town we stayed at a hotel across the street and it was not a good idea. We called choice and got a room here and we are so very pleased. 😀 the staff are very friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean, the showers work wonderful and great breakfast. We learned our lesson and won't stay anywhere else when we come to Odessa. 😀 ps. They are military friendly here..

Came into Odessa to meet my fiance who is from Fort Worth who I haven't seen in weeks and Steph the night front desk clerk was amazing and made our visit even better. We were going to get a regular room but she suggested an upgrade and we are so happy she did. She pointed us in the direction of where everything is and we had a blast.

The Ms. Isabelle and Dorothy Hudson was so awesome! The stay was pleasant! I will stay there anytime. I will be glad to let other people no about COMFORT INN SUITE! The night front desk guy was awesome as well!! High 5 to Comfort inn Suite! ❤

I stayed in Odessa for 5 days 4 nights and the Supervisor Soli Reyes was very professional, kind, and has the most positive smile and spirit. Breakfast was excellent. Clean room.

I stay for extended periods of time in hotels because of my work. This hotel has a man Named Victor that is extremely nice and polite. If you ever get a chance to book a night or 2 chances are you will see him. He is everywhere and does alot of everything. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Pleasant people working for the beautifully clean spacious and comfortable hotel. Very accomodating. Hot breakfast good variety. If we are in Odessa again definitely coming back!

Clean and comfortable, the only minor thing was whoever painted the room didn't do a very good job. The staff were very pleasant and the cost was very reasonable.

Stuck at Comfort Inn during a winter storm for a week...it's definitely comfortable, and I'm kept entertained and fed while I wait for the weather to thaw.

Monday night get together in the cafeteria was a really nice touch!! Lacreitia made BBQ sandwiches and all the fixings!! The food was great and it was really a nice break from fast food and we met some nice people over dinner!!! Thanks!!! It was great!!!
