Well hot diggity dawg, found me a keeper for sure, Jake the manager hopped on the stall to help me out, and he done it very professionally, and didn’t have an attitude. No nothing, the little lady that brought me my drinks have the best attitude I have seen when it came to fast food the drinks wasn’t flat, and was made right, I give this Location a five star all the way down. Keep up the good work guys.

Food is always just okay. But for a fast food place it does hit the spot sometimes. Service is pretty decent.... they always have a smile on their face... I haven't had a wrong order yet.... so I'm pleased. If you download the app they do have better deals sometimes..

There was this ghetto chick employee, off behind the building smoking a cigarette and cussing out somebody on the phone talking about when she gets home she doesn’t want to talk to anybody or see anybody. Come on lady keep your personal problems at the door when you walk into your workplace. The other lady that brought her food out I was kind and professional and very appreciative of the tip I gave her. We ordered the cheddar jalapeño poppers and they are delicious! Also for the price, they fill up the order for you! We came during happy hour and the medium drink that we ordered looks like it could be an extra large! Awesome!

Placed an order on my sonic app and I don’t know who’s working tonight but OMG best burger I’ve had from sonic in years! It was fresh, hot and most importantly listened to my custom request. I’ve had so many disappointing experiences at different sonics that this time I had to give a review and say thank you to the employees that worked tonight. I will not be going to any other location in Odessa TX due to bad experiences. This location is definitely my go to!

Half price happy hour on drinks, specific times daily. It was awesome to get a root beer float for such a sweet price. I wasn't expecting it to be so inexpensive, and was super stoked about it, which made my day. You can't beat that! I will be returning.

This location is efficient and staff is attentive during the order process and carhops are friendly when serving me. I cant remember the last time I've had my order wrong or any other bad experiences here. Food is always fresh and hot so I love it here.

If I could give more stars, I would. Sonic donated 2,500 hot dog buns for an event put on by a local middle school. During the entire process, the owner was friendly and helpful. We had another sponsor volunteer to buy all the hot dogs and buns, but Sonic still wanted to donate the buns saying "It is all for the kids". When we arrived to pick up the buns, the staff came out and helped us load them up with a smile. They were so accommodating to us even though they were the ones donating to us. When I went to return the sponsor sign they gave us to use at the event, they asked how the event went and were so friendly. It is a good feeling knowing that when I go to this Sonic, I am supporting a business that gives back to my community.

Fast and courteous service . I got the number 3 cheeseburger combo . It was the bomb . Tater tots were delicious also as well as my coke . I’ll definitely be going back soon .

Today when I received my change from the car hop it was wrong. I was shorted 20.00. After talking to the manager and owner they made things right. I visit this sonic just about every day and absolutely love the drinks. I want to say thank you for making things right and I hope everyone at sonic has a merry Christmas and happy new year...even the car hop that was kinda rude.

I stopped to buy a $1.07 32oz drink and asked if they would charge my phone, the lady was super helpful, I was in a bind and was blessed....I will always stop by when I'm here in Odessa, Texas, thank you have a blessed day!

Out of all the Sonic's in Odessa, TX, the one on West County Road is the best! Food is always hot and fresh. Friendly staff and a very nice place to just sit outside and enjoy a hot burger and fries with a ice cold tea!

Stopped in for breakfast, at the west county road location, Juanitas customer service was outstanding.

It was quick, my server was nice, and it didn't cost much. Plus, the new flavor I tried was awesome!

It is better than some others in my area. Only had drinks.

They understood my order with clarity, which had other than standard menu instructions and got it right.

I thought that the lady that took my order was very friendly and polite great customer service and my order was correct thank you for great service
