I’ve used Plumb Perfection multiple times. The owner is a hands on professional who does awesome work at a fair price with quality workmanship and materials. For plumbing issues from A to Z, I highly recommend Plumb Perfection.

Eric came out and fixed a leak we had in the middle of the night and was very reasonable would for sure use him again

I hired Plumb Perfection, LLC to perform all plumbing work associated with my basement renovation. All of the work was detailed in their contract, including pulling a permit with the town of Darien, CT. Eric performed the work in my basement with his helper. I paid him $2,000 at the start of the project and half way through, Eric abandoned my job. Eric left me no choice but to hire someone else to fix and finish the work that I already paid him to do. The work Eric did at my house was unfinished and improperly done…

I had a Darien Building Inspector inspect Eric’s work and it FAILED INSPECTION. A stack/water pressure test was completed on all of his PVC work and shockingly there were numerous leaks from PVC joints that Eric didn’t install (prime & glue) properly. In addition, the toilet waste line Eric installed had back pitch, which meant the toilet waste would’ve never flowed properly. Lastly, he never pulled the permit with the town of Darien. I honestly don’t know how Eric can be a “licensed” Plumber. His work was negligent and didn’t meet reasonable standards…especially with a FAILED INSPECTION by the town of Darien. Please take my word, stay away from Eric and his company.
