Kelly-Moore Paints

Recently changed paint shop because of service and quality. You have NO idea how nice it is to walk in have someone help you and when the phone rings they ask them to hold instead of making a paying customer wait while they talk on the phone! Every time I have been in this store I have been treated great, the paint is a little bit more expensive, but so far seems to be worth every penny! Plus, they always have product in the store, or get it quickly. Thanks, making my life much easier for the business.

Awesome helpful staff went the extra mile to help, loved them, even though closing time they did not rush me to ger me out, they locked the door and still helped mixed a gallon of test paint for me and continued to assist. Really good dedication to service I was very pleased, you do jot find a willingness to help a customer like this often in the Permian I loved it. Definate recommendation, I went to two other major paint stores that day and they were the best.

I worry so much about our little town and our businesses. I have worked my whole life and the people in the workforce have changed so much and I believe this is why so many doors close. I was in your store and the store looks like it’s going out of business, the girls could care less about helping, and as I watched one with one pant leg of her pants pulled up to her knee, and raising her shirt to scratch her stomach and then walk over and open a can of Pringle’s and with that same unwashed hand have a little snack. While I waited almost an hour for two quarts of glaze to be mixed. One girl stood as to be comatose looking at a piece of paper. I got a lump in my throat because soon Kelly Moore will no longer exist here if this type of service continues. I only bought about $90 worth of products but waited for almost an hour for something I almost felt scolded for buying, being reminded that it took so long because she had to mix something custom. It was tan for heavens sake. Did not have to be perfect, which it wasn’t. Everyone seemed to hate their job.
