They legit do not care about the renters input. If you need something or have an issue, they will say anything they can to not help you out, coming up with weird excuses and saying they're gonna do things they never really do. If they say they're gonna call you back, don't expect it to happen, it just wont, you're gonna have to call back yourself, and they will just be rude to you because someway somehow they expected you to forget you have an issue overnight. Please do not spend your money on these people. They will be really nice in the beginning, but later on will give 0 attention to anything you say or need because they know that since you signed the lease, you are bound to stick with them. Even if you like the house, keep looking, they are not the way to go.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. You ask for something and they will just ignore the fact that you asked for something started of friendly but that’s just to get you to rent from them

Don't rent thru this Company they are despicable human beings the worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to trying to rent a home not to mention their homes are freaking nasty and they don't freaking fix things when they need to be fixed save your money and go elsewhere not getting a house with them was a blessing in disguise!!!

They will deny you based off there own personal reasons. Don’t waste your money.
