Pizza Hut

I just got a pizza from Pizza Hut on my lunch break, the guy working the front counter was very respectful & immediately took my order & as I waited for my pizza he had the same positive energy with other customers that came in to the restaurant & the ones who were already there eating, it’s hard to find friendly people with good customer service in the restaurant business these days & my pizza was really good as well good job to the cook as well.

Great service today walked in and out in less than 5 mins. Manager was nice, pizza was delicious and freshly made.

Its clear that the employees here are hard working and that they do it for the customer. The employee that stood out to me was the one with the buzzcut with bright red hair on top. They were so kind even under pressure when the store is busy. Kindness goes a long way for me but I could also see all the employees were hard at work as well. This place cares about their customers.

My food is hot and fresh, made to my order, the staff is always friendly. I drive past other pizza hut's to come to this one. They usually are short staffed and busy with carry outs but the always try really hard to get everyone served quickly. I love this place and if you want your pizza hot and fresh, I would recommend to eat in the dining room. I have only ever been waited on by males here, but they really go the extra mile.

The food was great but the cashier could of been more friendlier and smiled a bit! I ordered 4 extra ranch and 2 Marinaras and were not placed in my order so I asked her for them and it bothered her so much to get them ready for me! 👎🏼👎🏼🤷🏻‍♀🤷🏻‍♀After all.....I did pay for them on my online order!!!

I’ve dined and ordered pizza from this place and they never disappoint me and my spouse their pizza always come out so damn picture perfect, we love ordering from this store!

Pizza usually spot on and prompt,not so tonight ,about 75% of the crust was undercooked and could only eat the toppings ,another place I won't be returning to,sorry

I ordered when I got there. Personal Pan Pizza and eight Boneless Wings. She said 15 Mins. It was 12. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce on the wings. The pizza had sufficient amount of cheese and topping. Very well done.

I don’t know who was working today but the pizza I got was EPIC!!! Thank you guys at Pizza Hut keep up the amazing work! My kiddo loved it!

I have been frequenting this location, for lunch, for about 2 years. Same great quality and customer service every time. I refuse to go anywhere else for pizza!

They had fast service. Online is great. My order has always been ready. No waits!.

We have recently changed management, and service staff. I urge all in Odessa to try again. We wan't to give you the best service in Odessa. Although it is not saying much, we will astound you.

The service was really good! My pizza and wings were fresh, and I was in and out quickly for a carryout order.

We have ordered carry out from here a few times and it’s always ready when I come in. They do a great job and never have had any issues.

Pizza was hot and flavorful. Ordering was fast and easy. Contactless delivery was great.

I had made a mistake when ordering but bothe the manager and the deliver person were so understanding and kind. I will definitely be back!!

This Pizza Hut At West County Road has a Buffet from 11:30 till 1:30 pizza is so delicious...Mgr is just an awesome Person
