Coastal Community Bank

Coastal community bank is the most helpful and friendly bank I've ever been to. If you're looking for a local bank where you're treated with kindness and helped no matter what you come in for, coastal is the place! The Woodinville branch is awesome. Jennifer Lundman was especially helpful, I needed to add some activity to my business account to keep it active, and order a debit card so I could use it more, and she took time with me so I didn't feel rushed and helped me get everything in order.

I wanted to express my gratitude toward Michelle Dang at the Woodinville branch. She always greets me with a smile and treats me as if it was my first visit to the bank. She is wonderful! :)

This is a community bank that cares about each customer. My experience with Coastal and the level of service provided has been unbeatable. Take your money away from the "big banks" who don't appreciate you as a customer.

I’m not anybody special but when I go to my bank and I raise my debit limit on my debit card and they tell me it’s OK and everything goes fine and I go out of town expecting their part to be done and it’s not done my debit card declines and I’m stuck for the second time and there’s nobody to call terrible debit card service I never suggest this to anybody I’ve been stuck for the second time now out of town with no money.
