I have been coming consistently for a while and never have had a chance to thank the amazing workers in here. Shaianne she is a new hire she has been amazing and welcoming in the morning during her shift, Jordan I see her often and her energy is amazing shes always positive and interactive with staff and customers. Elvis is another amazing staff that brings great energy and a positive atmosphere to the gym during the evening shifts when I come. Thank you for having them work here and please continue to keep them and give them raises they are doing an incredible job.

I have been attending the gym in renton for about 4 months now and the staff here are awesome they make coming to the gym exciting. I have gotten familiar with Jordan and Elvis the last couple of months and they have just positive energy in the gym from saying having a great workout to just asking how my day was and checking on us through out our workouts to see if we need anything. This is just so positive. It makes me get more and more excited about coming to workout. Another hire that I enjoy seeing in the morning is shaianne I have not see her but recently and she does awesome about checking in and greeting and seeing how customers are doing. Please keep this group of staff thank you so much they are doing great.

I was surprised at how crowded it was after 1030pm.
But it was a very clean, well-kept gym.

Very clean place, but the highlight goes to Danny and his professionalism. When you see this guy let him know. Everyone needs to know how well they're doing every now and then. Please take the time to do that for all.

Great fitness center, large, roomy lots of equipment, clean, not very expensive for a good membership. It seems to be a great value in my opinion.
I chose the "Black Card option, so I can attend any Planet Fitness center in the United states.

Great gym, great staff! Can’t beat it.

I am not a member of the club, but my son goes there. I've read some of the comments that it's badly cleaned. I would like to tell all current and future Planet Fitness members to be cultured people and clean up after every seat in the club. You see, the people who work there are supposed to keep it clean, they are not your servants to clean up all the garbage that you left there. Your attitude towards the club's employees and the way you treat everything speaks of your culture and respect, first of all, for yourself. Purely not where they clean, but where they do not litter. Thanks to all the staff of the club for their work and our opportunity to improve our health there, relax in decent conditions.

I can’t complain with my experience. It’s a very clean gym, people are respectful. Demar is extremely helpful with proving great service showing you how everything functions and also makes you feel welcome if you are from another area. Great customer service skills.

I use to go to I guess bigger, more well equipped gyms and now that I’ve been going to planet fitness for a couple weeks on bro guest pass. Honestly the difference apart from like a pool sauna and things like that it’s all the same. Although irrelevant the purple and yellow give me Chuck E. Cheese vibes but it’s a solid gym no complaints. Also shout out my guy at the front desk always greets us with a smile.

Clean facility, helpful and friendly staff, not too crowded. I'm a fairly new member, so I still have some exploring to do as far as trying out the benefits and perks offered to Black Card holders.
But for the price, I appreciate being able to avail of services like tanning and hydromassage for not just me—but for any friend or colleague accompanying me as a +1.

My home gym is Rainer Beach and a friend invited me to this one last week. The difference is day and night. I seen the staff arrive early. Equipments are clean and are functioning properly. The staff are accessible and friendly.

Facility is very clean and well maintained.
They even gave me a bottle water on my birthday without me asking. Totally deserve 5 stars!

It's a big franchised gym. It has low budget bar to join so there are many people here. I can see they clean the equipments daily but also see they are lack of resources sometimes. If you are looking for a fancy and high quality gym, this is not the one. However, with the price and good amount of equipments and maintenance, I would still give it 5 stars.

Extremely clean facility. Everyone I see when I go are wiping the machines down when they are done using them. Lots of different machines to choose from ranging from cardio, upper body and lower body. I chose to do the basic membership as all I'm looking for is to get back into shape but it's a great deal for what you get. Highly recommend!

Nice gym. Friendly staff. I always see them walking around disinfecting the machines. Every time i go always looks nice and clean. The massage beds they got are amazing after a nice workout. The price is very reasonable compared with other gyms. They also got a nice app that tells you how crowded the place is before you go. I recommend this gym.

I LOVE PF! I was SO happy to finally find one close to me.

The prices haven't gone up in a decade, (which is great for those on a fixed budget)
Staff is nice,
Perks of black card are great.
Busy times machines are still available.
Free trainer help.
Bringing a friend with me.
Hydro lounge chairs are great... usually. (When they're super busy they can overheat.)
New management has been great too.

My only complaint is them only having 24 hours during the weekdays. It should be open till at least 11 on the weekend. They have a lot of turnover with employees & consistently understaffed late at night, at least lately.

I've been a member for a few years and have enjoyed my time there. The issue I have had is that i'm disabled (bone cancer) and they only have a few things (which is actually more than a lot of gyms) that i can do for cardio. Recently they purchased all new equipment for the entire gym BUT added 4 accessible machines by a medical equipment company, 2 arm crank machines and 2 accessible ellipticals. I could not be more thankful to the manager who decided to make these purchases.
