McDonald's

This my 1st time rating McDonald’s. The jalapeño quarter pounder was disappointing. I took a photo of how not good looking inside. It was tasteless. No flavor what so ever. The frozen Fanta drink tasted great. Fries where good. Now the reason I gave a 5 even though the burger was not up to par. The chicken nuggets where actually good. I have not had chicken nuggets taste this good since the 80s. All of 2000 it tasted like rubber. But this actually made me think of the 80s. Recommend. I like when I went through drive through they asked if I was doing an mobile order. I was like yes I have. Was not much of a wait compared to some places I been too.

The late night Manager that was working around 2 am on October 6, His name was Zac(k)h, Was really cool and provided excellent service. I had an issue and he took care of it in less than a Minute. Thanks!

Stopped by for the filet o fish for Lent, these were I believe were the best we’ve had. Thank you.

I really like this McDonald's. The employees are kind. My order is correct every time and the food is fresh because another McDonald's down the street in Crest Hill gives me stale biscuits and tortillas. They have cute little events for children... Here are the upcoming events.

I live in arizona and they don't have bacon, egg and cheese bagel. It's great

It's usually hard for me to give a McDonalds five star but this one does a good job. It is probably the best between Shorewood and the other one on Renwick. The thing that I look for is the Happy Meals. Other locations miss the dipping sauce, fries, or apples and this place does a really good job of staying on point.

Appreciate this McDonald’s always being staffed, and the people working there have always been good to me & my family. We have been coming to this location for years. Of course hiccups happen here or there but it’s McDonald’s, they will make it right & always correct it for you. Don’t take out your anger on these employees, mistakes happen we’re all human. Also, this location has consistently perfect coffee!! Best hot coffee in my opinion. Thanks McDonalds!

Awesome Staff members. Most amazing fact is they pay attention to your orders and serve the eatable food to guests. I recommend this location.

Very happy with the service. Manager on duty was friendly, welcomed everyone, walked around and checked on customers. He cleaned up after customers, didn't hibernate in office, great with the children and all adults, took my tray of food to table, got anything we needed, cleaned up our tray for us. Super friendly and active. This is the first time in 30 years that I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant.

Got my McRib fix today for the first time in 2 years. Please do not take it away forever later this year. I always look forward to it each year.

Backed up drive up line waiting 15 minutes

This review is solely for Aiden, who took our order through the drive through. Not only was he so fun to talk to, he sounded as if he were a sports announcer! (Usually late night mcdonalds runs are very boring, this was a very pleasant surprise!) he was patient, clear, and concise. And made our night all the more better. This man deserves a raise asap!!!!

There nice and polite and they try to make there customers happy! And very fast service and not a lot of mess up so that’s a great thing. Hopefully they keep that atmosphere. Great customer service! Great Job Team.

Used the app got our food discounted they were very quick in giving me my food and didn't need to park me!

Excellent service!!!! They delivered it fast for a breakfast rush. I didn’t have to wait that long for anything I ordered. The employee who gave me my food was nice and friendly to everyone.

I rarely stop at McDonald's as I have food intolerance issues. However my daughter got shots today and I wanted to treat her. When I arrived I was amazed by the customer service! The girl behind the counter was so sweet and double checked to verify our order. Everything was beautifully updated and the highchair had placemats on them. They even had pictures to color. I know what McDonald's I will be going to from now on.

Aiden is by far the best employee there!!!! He needs some sort of promotion! Makes our day everyone we go and he’s there! Thanks for putting a smile on our face! You should really consider doing commentary for sports or something! Beyond great customer service!!

This restaurant is a clear example of the benefits of having a privately owned McDonalds. The décor and styling of the facility is very modern and attractive. They now serve all day breakfast. To top it all off, they have a casual fast dining service style where they give you a little card with a number and they bring the food to your table. This sets the standard for all other McDonald's. The staff were all very friendly and nice to talk to.

The guy at the window with the movie theater voice is the best. He’s always super genuine and helps me with my order to the best of his abilities. Absolutely love him. Give him a raise pronto
