Turtle Wall Hiking Trail

Easy in and out with a well marked trail. Amazing view of south western St. George.
Lots of mountain bikers along with hikers.

It’s a really nice hike, I tried it during the winter so I didn’t sweat.

Great 1mile hike with my little one. Favorite part is the beehive trail ( a part of the trail that is covered by bushes that are full of bees.

Turtle wall hiking trail is a great place to take a family you can take your dogs. It’s wide open Spaces and rarely crowded. Easy access from Snow Canyon Parkway close in from St. George. We really enjoy hiking there for the peace and serenity in the desert sunsets, beautiful overlook of the valley, especially nice in the fall and spring. April is most excellent especially if you’re trying to get out of the cold in Salt Lake City or Colorado.

Wonderful to be outside and walking g in the red sand desert. Plenty of trails to go on and climbing to do along the way. Be safe in the summer! It is hot hot hot and water is necessary!

I love using this trail as kind of a nature walk more than a hike. It's good to get out and explore the outdoors while down in the good weather. I love when you get to the big wall of rocks and climbing it then just exploring until I'm tired. I always end up going on this trail even though I've done it so many times.

Cool rock arch on this trail

Easy trail with pretty view. Go early or late afternoon cause it can get very hot with no shade.

Beautiful views of red rock cliffs. It was also fun to watch the rock climbing.
