Wonderful service! My mother has been with American Family for about 5 years. She used to have so many other problems with her old agent before we switched over. She was very skeptical of Steven at first because of her previous experience. Steven quickly warmed her up to the actual facts of his business and what her options were. Its a wonderful thing when someone cuts through the darkness and sheds light on the situation. Haven't had a problem since, and know if we do have anything happen, Steve or someone from his lovely staff will be there for us. :)
