Prescription Hearing - Orland Hearing Aid Center

I am so very impressed with this facility, which I recently visited with my elderly uncle for his set of new hearing aids. The audiologist, Kristen Connors, was not only very knowledgeable about the different options available, but she took the time to patiently explain everything in such a caring manner. She went above and beyond to help my uncle through this process, and I appreciated both her professionalism and kindness. Thank you to Orland Hearing Aid Center! Great experience and highly recommend!

This is the only hearing center that I have felt so comfortable and welcomed. I have absolutely amazing experiences any time I visit Kristen. I waited an extra two months just so that my insurance would get my audiologist changed back to her. It's worth it and she is such an amazing person overall. Hands down the best! If you are looking for someone who is understanding, and advocate for YOU and loves their job then look no further. Kristen considered things for me that other Audiologists did not. Thank you Kristen, you're exceptional!

Cannot say enough good things about Orland Hearing Aid Center. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the super friendly receptionist throughout the whole appointment with Kristen, she was caring friendly and super knowledgeable. We've dealt with several Hearing centers and audiologists over the years for my Dad's profound Hearing loss and this one was far and away the best. Kristen took the time to explain everything and all his options. She helped so much. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Orland Hearing for several years. Kristen is always so helpful when I have a problem or concern with my hearing aids. She explains how to
maintain them and adjust things on my IPhone app. If I’m having a concern, I’m to get a prompt response or appointment if I need one. You will be very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable help that Kristen provides.

On my aunt’s first visit to the office, Kristin was able to fix her hearing aids. We were thrilled! We have subsequently been back for a hearing test and new hearing aids. Each time we have been there, I have been impressed by Kristin’s consideration for her patients. It is easy to see that providing hearing services is a calling and not just a job. I highly recommend seeing Kristin for your hearing needs.

Kristen is wonderful and probably the most knowledgable audiologist I've been to. She saw me at short notice so I could get an insurance claim in before the end of the year, and she has really helped me adjust to my new hearing aide. Strongly recommend!

The staff at Orland Hearing was most helpful for a repair,especially Kristen. Temporarily fixed my hearing aid till replacement parts could be delivered. Her help made it possible that I didn't suffer any hearing loss waiting on parts. Excellent customer support!!

I have been using Orland hearing for about 6yrs now. Whenever I have had any problem whatsoever, they have been there to help me. My latest was my aids were “attacked” by a dog that is visiting my household on a Saturday morning. I ran over to Orland, and the doc was able to fix them within minutes without any question. I didn’t have an apt, and was in panic mode, but the doc always saves the day for me. The quality care I get there, can’t be matched anywhere else, I’m convinced of that!

I love the fact that this is a small business. Kristen is very thorough and very patient. I never feel rushed. My questions are always answered and my concerns are always met. Wonderful business.
