The plumber who replaced our water heater tank was very friendly; he did everything in a smooth sequential procedure which made it look easy. He also answered questions I had about water heaters. He finished the job on time. The staff who coordinated the scheduling was also very courteous and kept in contact. This company is outside Seattle but was able to provide service in the city unlike other companies.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gary Prokash Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler for all your plumbing needs. They're small, but they're fair, kind, and they care about the work and the customer. The quote I received was much more reasonable than others I'd received for the same job, they were able to handle our bizarre plumbing that's entangled with a sprinkler system. They happily answered all our questions before, during, and after the service, and they called to check in later the same day.

I was referred by a friend so I scheduled an appointment to fix a leaking master shower head. The plumber showed up on time, but didn't have the right part. He came back the next day, fixed the problem, and there was no attempt to charge more for the second trip, which I appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!

Fire sprinkler above parents kitchen blew & caused major damage. I called regular plumbers not knowing i needed plumbers licensed for Fire Systems. Gary Prokash Plumbing sent Henry out on short notice, fixed & replaced faulty sprinkler head, repressurise to check for other leaks. Thank you, GPP for excellent service.

Good service and super fast (a couple of hours after the call) to replace a faucet valve. I believe that the plumber name was chad but it was the entire team (dru et al) who assisted me through the parts order and the exchange

The GGP team did and amazing job! Oleg was very helpful and profesional. We had an emergency plumbing problem and they were able to come to our house the same day to fix a pipe that burst due to freezing conditions. David from GPP did a lot of plumbing work when I was remodeling our master bathroom. He installed new plumbing for bathtub, shower and converted a single sink to double. Drew and the team at Prokash were such an absolute blessing in my pin hole drama. We had the dreaded pin hole leak in the pipes outside our home. It was such a crazy noise in our house for weeks and we found NO LEAKS! Darn if they didn't help us not only find the leaks once the leak detectors flagged the source, they dropped other work to come help. They were even nice to my flower bed, graciously moved and replanted my special tree, and dug carefully by hand to find the pipe several feet underground. Here is the kicker...2 weeks later the sound was back! I was initially pretty upset cause we had to leave for family vaca that night. Drew had no crew available but took the action to get an aswer for me. They got a team together and came that afternoon. We found more pin holes had popped and we found together it was NOT their fault. It was my old pipe and it just was not done popping holes in this section. In the end they hooked me up fairly, listened to my frustration, walked me through the reason pin holes happen, and when we were all done Drew even took his time to help me with key details to properly file my claim. All in all they were amazing and I will use them again!
