Great place with tons of the newest technologies out there and available. The television section with the 8k TVs is crazy. Staff was very helpful. I was asked about 5 times within 15 minutes if I needed help. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable in all the products I was looking to purchase. Keep up the great 👍 work team Best Buy.

Great Deals and very fast and professional curbside pick up! Thank you for a great experience! It’s rough getting out of the car when you have a small baby. Curbside is a nice option. Even nicer when it’s done right, most places these days you STILL end up having to get out and remind people but none of that here!

Best Buy is my first stop shop for home tech and appliances. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. Everything in the store is reasonably and competitively priced. I enjoy going to BB and looking to see what new goodies I can bring home.

Went in to have a screen replaced. Surprise! It wasn’t broken. The screen cover was. The gentleman cleaned my phone without charge and all was good. Great service and very friendly.

Picked up a order. Quick service. I needed a hand from the geek squad & they took care of my issue with no problem & I was off in no time. Very friendly & helpful. Job well done. Holidays get busy keep up the good work

It was great. The supervisor at Geek Squad was very helpful when it came to my 16 year old's iPhone and had to let metro know that they were in the wrong and sold. My son a refurbished iPhone twelve, so be careful when you're buying phones from them. Type of stores and not brand new from. Like this store or etc.

Went there for an apple care appointment. Received excellent care from Grant. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I was extremely happy with the service. At first I was apprehensive not going to an Apple store but now I will always go to Best Buy for my AppleCare.

Went in for a new PC,. The customer service was exceptional, Ryan really understood what I was looking for and he delivered. Too bad he doesn't earn commissions because he definitely would have earned it. Thanks again.

Great place to buy appliances. Look for out of box items. I got this stove, usually $1200 for under $500 with a small dent that easily pulled out. Dishwasher was also half priced.

Great quality and price of tech and devices

The workers are always nice and helpful. Computer tech and gaming sections both are very knowledgeable, which is refreshing.

Today I visited the geek squad. Considering that I did no research and did not realize that I needed to make an appointment I received help within an hour. My issues were not a difficult fix and it was remedied with time to work on other non-related questions. The agent was super helpful and only concerned with my satisfaction. As a result of what the tech helped me with, many other functions that were failing now work perfectly. I was further reassured to find that the tech is a current student of IT and not just only trained by the store.

Always able to get great help here. Was able to pick up a laptop and received wonderful service.

On Saturday morning during memorial weekend I decided to check out the sales. I was interested in purchasing a laptop. Jeremy Carr is the one who helped me. He was able to explain things to me without making me feel stupid for not knowing. He was able to save me money because I went in to buy something that was more than what I needed. I truly appreciated his friendly disposition and his honesty.

As soon as I walked in I had associates asking if I needed any help with anything. I didn't have to walk around the whole store looking lost that was nice. Was in and out in 20 minutes got what I needed plus a little extra lol. Overall a great experience thank you Best Buy.

Picked up an Amazon delivery. Fast and professional. Good guys. Really helpful. Plus with no Lowe's in Flint the appliances are the best to window shop and gauge price points.

He was knowledgeable about the products, listened, and answered my questions. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. He also let me know that if I had any issues, I should return and talk to him or his associate.
Buying a new phone has never been so easy.
I will definitely go there again first before any other place to purchase a phone.
