I’ve been with the company over 6 months now… absolutely feel supported on the road, 24/7… plenty of miles with excellent pay … any issues are handled right away by friendly & professional 24/7 support staff.

My wife is traveling with me for a couple months now and loves it also.

Was behind a truck with trailer number 371243 and I watched as he got cut off 3 times and each time he handled it (from outside appearance lol) gracefully and with ease. Very professional driver in face of disrespectful drivers.

Advance transportation system is a great place to work for. Great services great people’s and a great area in Illinois.. they also have great dispatcher and maintenance crew. Oh I love their leasing program you can make good money leasing from them. Best trucking company I ever work for💯💯✅

I have been working for Advance for almost 3 years as a company driver and now a lease purchase owner. I love the staff, Robert, my dispatcher Tijana is the best, the safety office, maintenance and accounting. I’ve watched this company grow, and I have done very well financially with them. Having worked as a driver for Advance Transportation since May of 2019 I can say without a doubt that they are the best company I have driven for in my 19 years of driving. Everything that they have promised me from the beginning of my employment they have delivered. I have always been treated with respect by everyone I've come in contact with and have never had a problem working with my dispatcher on getting the right loads and going home and taking time off whenever I need to.

Advance is a great company to work for. I've been working for Advance for about 3 years, and its been a pleasure to be part of a fast growing company in Chicago . Everyone is nice and you get treated with respect. Alex the owner is such a great guy, and most importantly great businessmen and leader.

This is the best trucking company I've ever run with.

First important point, they're honest. During the time I was dispatched I would occasionally check to make sure that the dollar amount Advance said we were being paid on a load was the same as what the broker had agreed to, by talking to the broker directly. The numbers always added up to the penny correctly. I have run into a situation with another company where this was not the case.

Second, they have an excellent MC number. What that means is, if you (if you're self-dispatched like me) or your dispatcher calls in looking for a load from a broker, within the first 30 seconds of the conversation the broker is going to want to know the MC number shared by every driver at Advance. They're going to run that MC number against databases they subscribe to showing how often we mess up a load, other complaints, creditworthiness and length of time in business. We come up very positively in that type of search. That means when the market is tight and the brokers get picky, we still roll. At all times we get loads faster and at all times we can negotiate higher rates.

What this really is, is a measurement of our group business ethics. It's positive from the top down and it translates well into how they treat drivers.

We all work to protect that MC number. It's hard to overstate how important this is and you need to know this going in. We don't screw brokers and we don't act unprofessionally.

Third: if you want to work towards being an owner operator, they have a program where you can rent a truck and trailer with insurance and everything else covered for less than a grand. You then get 77% of the value of each load. This is a full maintenance walk away lease, with a two week's notice requirement before turning the truck in. You don't pay for anything maintenance related, from oil changes to engine blowup as long as you didn't do something stupid and blow it up. True, you're not building up equity into the truck but you can rapidly build up a pile of money to buy your own truck cash outright and then switch to making 88% of the value of each load...90% after a year like that.

This is where real trucking starts.

Ive been wth Advance for like 7 months and they have been fantastic. Always helpful and treat you like family. I had an issue at home about a month ago and they went out there way to help me. They care about their drivers and their families. Nony in safety department is the best. Alway helpful.

Best company I ever worked for Im not there because I messed up but they treat u like family everyone there is cool an the pay was awesome always took care of any problem I had good communication anytime someone is always available

My husband and I have been with Advance since October of 2016. When we decided to work for Advance, it was a gamble on both ends (they took a chance on us and we took a chance on them). I will have to say, BEST choice we ever made!

At Advance, they know who you are by name. They listen to you and your treated like family.

The whole office staff from the owner ( he treats you like a friend) safety ( which is my personal favorite) to our dispatcher (who is the best) to our recruiter (he is always there for us) to payroll (turn your stuff in by Monday & no problems)!

I have greatly enjoyed the position with Advanced. So much that my son now works for Advanced also, and I thank the company more than they will ever know for helping me in getting him into a career and job that he can feel secure in for the rest of his life. After decades in trucking both as a company man and an owner operator I believe I have found the ultimate trucking position. The quality of the shippers, most in the top 50 of trucking shippers, is incredible. The use of apps on your smart phone makes the job INCREDIBLY easy on the driver. All the information you need to accomplish your assigned mission is at your fingertips. And any driver will tell you that contacting someone during an issue is so time consuming and frustrating. With these various company apps you have almost instant contact with the appropriate contact at the touch of a button. So time saving. Between the information on the phone app and quick contacts you save time, are more efficient, and we all want to do our job and get home as timely as possible. I would and have recommended this company to many of my friends, on the CB as I travel, and to anyone that I meet in my daily life. The shippers equipment is very good. I am on Amazon currently which is an entirely new fleet of trailers not even a year old? High tech and highly efficient trailers. The support system for each shipper is top notch, if you have an issue just call the assigned number and your issue is fixed asap, no matter how big or small. Amazon, JB Hunt Intermodal, CWS, are just some of the shippers. The company maintains a fleet of tractors that is close to new. When you need a repair they act immediately unlike so many other companies. The owner Alex is in the process of purchasing another batch of new 2018 trucks as we type. The staff is competent, efficient, and courteous. They want you to be happy and make sure to provide a stressfree environment. Pay is timely and accurate, something so many other companies cannot seem to accomplish. I have exactly what I know in advance coming and it arrives just like clockwork. The company provides direct deposit another huge plus for drivers who don't really have time for the chore of fetching your pay and dealing with the bank. My income, and my sons, has been very lucrative based on industry standards. We are here for the duration. If you are a driver looking for that company you can retire with this is the one, just contact them and change your life for the better...

I have been in the transportation industry since 1977 as well as worked for most the mega carries. Advance Transportation Systems and it's staff are the greatest !! More importantly this is the only trucking company that a professional truck driver can earn over $ 90,000 per year and not be a owner operator. All you have to do is run hard, be on time. Most drivers that I meet think I am lying about how much I make per week until I show them my pay check. $$$$

Great place to work good equipment most of the trucks are new , the managers are very flexible when it comes to there employees in other words you can walk in to office and talk to someone about your needs .. I have been driving 30 years trucking is tough BUSINESS !! if I tell them I need to come home .. the next word out my fleet Manager's mouth is bro I got you we don't always see eye to eye but the pay is good And if I have a problem with my check they take care of it .

Always there when I need them, had some trouble with a truck in the begining, but they got it rectified, hence New Truck.. I'm glad I called them, feel comfortable here.. They Pay, the way they advertise...you need to work nothing is for free..but it's all good..

Can’t say enuff about my dispatcher Niki ... We str8 get to it and gettn home is never an issue ... I go home when I want and come bacc when I want no problem ... Not looking to leave period ... They keep their word str8 up ...

Great dispatching....never mistakes with accounting and pay is always right....if an issue it's corrected asap for same pay period......family oriented company and equipment is always seen about regularly
