I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars after speaking with Becky in the service department. She has always been so helpful and nice and apologized for the service I received yesterday. She stated that she will be addressing all of the issues and made sure I was happy before ending the call.

I have been happy with the service for the past 2 years until today. I dropped off my car for a simple oil change. Nothing more. It took longer to check in today than in the past but didn't think much of it. I just thought he was having issues with the computer because he was typing a lot. Turns out he added a tire rotation without confirming I wanted one. More on that later. I got my loaner vehicle and as I was driving away, the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong, I had a mild headache when I got to work. I'm not a smoker and they specifically tell you not to smoke in the loaner vehicles. You can't stop someone from being disrespectful so they should separate the cars that smell of smoke from the ones that don't and verify a preference with the customer before sending them on their way. I didn't have time to turn around and wait for another car. I received a call from the service department while I was at work but do not have good service in my building so was not aware I had a message until I was leaving to pick up my car. I didn't check the voice mail as I was headed that direction anyway. In the stinky smoke filled car. It was a simple oil change. What could they possibly want? When I arrived at the gas station to refuel, I ended up paying $5.61 for 2.45 gallons. I drove 30 miles. It was a Chevy Cruze. 30 miles would be less than 1 gallon. I know because I own one. I was expecting my bill to be $1.50, not $5.61. When I arrived at the dealership, she couldn't find my paperwork and asked if it would be under another name. Um, no. When she finally found it, she proceeded to tell me that my car wasn't finished. I dropped my car off at 8:30am for an oil change. It was 6:00pm. ??? She then told me that they called and I didn't respond so they still had it in service. When I listened to the message, he said to give him a call back as there were some "recommendations." So nothing that required my immediate attention. I am not having any issues with my car that prevent me from driving or that can't be addressed at a later time. They closed out the ticket and told them to bring my car around. When I went to pay with my coupon I received in the mail, she said, "I will honor it this time." I was like, this time? It's not expired. What's the problem? She said it was only for a lube, oil and filter and I had a tire rotation. I basically stated that was on them as I did not ask for or approve one. She was rude the entire time and didn't apologize once for anything. She basically said I had to make my complaint with someone else. After all of that, I still had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring me my car so I could leave. Do I go back? That is the question.

Received an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in a timely fashion. Tim my representative was very friendly and thorough. He even helped me find my car after the work was done.

Excellent customer service! They always fit me in and when they can’t they try their best. They also go the extra mile working on problems. Marsha literally went the extra mile trying to research a problem with my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox Premier. She didn’t give up and I appreciate her hard work on trying to fix a known issue with the wireless charging station in these new vehicles. It turns out they couldn’t fix it due to a GM policy but I appreciate they went the extra mile to document it. I also love their parts department for all your accessory needs.

They repair shop staff was very friendly. A little pricey on repairs but thats normal for a dealership. Thank rhe kind staff for there time and patience.

My wife and I recently bought a 2017 Tahoe from Doc Cash. In the course of one hour I spoke with him three times on the phone and he picked up every time. He has since returned my calls promptly thereafter. This being said, Doc had three Tahoe's parked and waiting for my wife and I when we arrived at the dealership to test drive. Because George Weber Chevrolet has such a large inventory, he was able to beat all of the other Chevy dealerships offers without any gimmicks or unethical sales tactics. Doc was extremely knowledgeable and able to cater to my wife's extremely picky needs. A true professional of the trade, I recommend anybody to go see Doc at George Weber to find the best deal and overall value within the St. Louis Metro area.
