Super Friendly service, awesome ice cream and their flavors of the month are handmade and to die for tasty! It’s a common stop for us. Portions are HUGE 🤩 always fun!

An unassuming building, but the best ice cream in Maine, no contest! They have an huge selection of ice cream flavors which are incredibly accurate in tasted their portions are generous. I wish their ice cream was sold in the grocery store. The only down side is they close down for the winter so I can't buy it year round!

One of my top 3 favorite places to grab some ice cream locally! They have a great staff, good prices and delicious ice cream. The menu is big with lots of flavors and options... They even have "pup cups" for your furry friend! Ruger loves it here and we are frequent flyers in the summertime! 😂🐾👍

It was our first time to be there. I like to check out different places, and this place was AMAZING. We where there with other friends and we all had different kinds of ice cream. In 2021 I started new habits if Im out I have to try something new, so I said to the girl who was working there: can you give me your favorite ice cream? She was surprised 😮
However she did get us the most delicious one! I never have pumpkin flavor in an icecream. My son said he wanted yellow ice cream! So she had an idea to get him Pineapple. It was also very tasty 😋
This location have outdoor sitting area with umbrellas.
I learned they only take cash! So make sure you are prepared.
We had a great experience after a long day.

Absolutely enjoy coming with my children and family to get ice cream here but the parking in front of the building where people stand to wait for their orders is a hazard and the bugs that land all over you in line then your ice cream when it comes out is disgusting. We have been avoiding going at night because of the seriousness of the Beatles at night. Came home one night and had 10 in my hair very uncomfortable and disgusting. Put some bug lamps up, please

The staff are always very friendly and wonderful. Their ice cream is so addicting and delicious. Do many flavors and new flavors I highly recommend this place that everyone 😊

Nice, fun place to enjoy a sweet treat on a warm day! My oldest loved his ice cream and the lady at the counter was unbelievably kind and gave me a small swirl for my 1.5 year old because I didn’t have the cash on me for anything for him (didn’t realize it was cash only) and it was his first time trying ice cream so it was very special for him. It has been a long time since I’ve actually experienced that type of kindness in a business, so I’m very impressed! Thank you so much!

I'm so excited to find a ice cream place that my daughter can actually enjoy. She has allergies to dairy, oats and rice so usually she can only have sorbet or Dole whip even if there are dairy free options. Since the df option here is made with an almond base she is finally able to enjoy chocolate or vanilla. The rest of my family has highly enjoyed all the delicious dairy options also. Everything tastes awesome and the staff is always great!

If you are dairy free, you have to try this! Their almond milk-based soft serve ended up being the best texture of any dairy free ice cream I’ve had. They have 30 flavors to choose from once you decide your base. I got German chocolate and it was so creamy and a little nutty but refreshing. Very out of the way for me but will be back.

Thank you for having dairy-free soft serve! It's great to be able to go to an ice cream place and have more options than just sorbet/Italian Ice. Sizes were huge and the non-dairy soft serve was creamy and rich. Thanks again for all the options!

I have been to many ice cream places but this one is definitely in the top. They had a delicious assortment of soft and hard serve ice cream. They also have low calorie froyo for people a little more health conscience.
The staff are extremely sweet and patient.

Best hard-serve around! They make all their own, so you can't get it just anywhere. Very tasty, and for varieties with brownies or PB cups, you get some satisfyingly big chunks. Prices are reasonable, and servings are generous enough we usually get a small for adults and baby for kids. The ice cream itself is not over-sugared like certain other places. There are always a couple dozen flavors to choose from, as well as shakes, floats and soft-serve, too. For seating, they have a couple of picnic tables and some plastic Adirondack chairs. Our family favorite!

We have been stopping here for years and it is one of our favorite places to go as I like the hard serve type of ice cream but, they do have soft serve also. Keep in mind they only accept cash.

This is the place for ice cream and is a summer tradition. They even have dairy free options. I noticed they have a truck now too. Always friendly and always delicious!

THEY HAVE DAIRY FREE SOFT SERVE! Large twist in a dish. Boom. Just go get one or like 8 because you'll be so flabbergasted that it tastes real.

I worked here for over 6 years and loved every minute of it! The ice cream is some of the best I've ever had, and I always enjoyed working with my co-workers and the owners. I still miss working there even though I had to leave in 2013 because I moved to Washington, DC.

My advice for best original flavor:
Needham - coconut based ice-cream with coconut shreds and chocolate chips - it is out of this world!

But if you like something more classic:
Mint Chocolate Chip
or
Coffee Oreo!

This place is such a hidden treasure!
