When I called, the office staff listened to my health concerns, and were proactive in getting me in quickly. They also prepared me for all possible billing/insurance options, and made me aware of what my out of pocket expenses could be.

My triage nurse was thorough, kind, efficient, and very professional.

Dr. Cook listened intently to all of my current 'whole body' symptoms, MRI/CT results, new vision issues, and thoroughly reviewed all of his testing results with me.

I can't thank him enough for the time he spent to educate, calm, encourage, and even make me laugh during my appointment.

I know I can trust my vision health needs with this group of amazing professionals *at both of their locations*!

I had such a great experience. Dr Hamilton designed a pair of glasses to help me see both paperwork & my computer screen comfortably. Made my workday so much easier. The folks helping me choose new frames were infinitely patient & helpful. They also do a great job fitting them properly when they arrive.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Providers are professionals, caring and listens to what is going on with your eyes. My mother and late husband were patients there and I have been going there for years.

They've been taking care of my eyes for years. Great work, always. Dr. Cook is the best. Sent my wife there when her eye doctor retired.

Everyone is very professional and friendly! Extremely large glasses selection and very well educated staff. The whole appointment they explained every test with detail and asked lots of questions to tailor the experience. I make a 1hr drive to attend and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.
