AT&T Store

Made a recent trip to round lake to visit some friends. Stopped in to the Att store because I needed a new SIM card. I was instantly pleased, not often do you find such great people! The store was clean, the service was great! The manager Ashley was as very fast at getting this problem solved for me. Overall if I need to stop by again for something when I’m in town I will be doing so with no hesitation! A+++!

I needed a new phone and decided to come to this AT&T store and I am sure glad I did!! Ashley was extremely professional and helped me get everything I needed from a phone to protective cases and accessories. I would highly recommend this store to anybody in the area.

Overall my relationship with AT&T has been an up and down one, but today I was actually greeted with a lot of patience and kindness as soon as I walked through the door. Luis was wonderful with helping me through my plethora of issues today. Was able to answer any questions we had while having an outstanding attitude. I'd be willing to travel from Chicago again to go to this location again.

I went into palatine yesterday to find out that Rafael no longer works there and was transferred to Round Lake. I now go see Rafael in Round Lake just due to the pleasant experience he was in helping my family and I with phone services. I recommend anyone in the Round Lake area to ask for him.

Honestly, the whole ordeal took nearly three hours long but the staff was helpful, patient and in the end we walked out with what we wanted and ended up saving money in the long run. This location is worth driving up from Chicago to go to.

I absolutely love love love this location! Amanda the manager is very knowledgeable about the products and services. As well as getting it done without having to sit there for hours to start new service (like I have experienced at other locations. This will be my go to AT&T.

I was having trouble with my service and I was instructed to go to the nearest store. I was greeted by Gabby who was very pleasant and friendly. I ended up being at the store for over an hour on the phone with customer service. Gabby was kind, compassionate, helpful and understanding. It is nice too see some places still value customer service. Thanks Gabby!!

Sales rep was very helpful and attentive, he was the only one in store and had 3-4 different customers. He maintained profesional and helped us all with our needs, he even stayed a little past closing time to finish helping everyone. Sales rep helped us activate a new line and resolve some issues we had previously in a timely manner.
